Une vraie déception sur le sens de l’hospitalité Nous avons séjourné 7 jours dans cet hôtel pour un montant d’environ 2 200 €, ce qui représente tout de même un budget conséquent et nous faisait naturellement attendre un niveau de service à la hauteur du standing annoncé. L’hôtel est agréable dans l’ensemble et nous avons particulièrement apprécié le petit-déjeuner, qui est probablement le point fort de notre séjour. En revanche, pour un resort de cette catégorie, rien ne nous a réellement impressionnés. La piscine, notamment, nous a semblé assez décevante par rapport à ce que l’on peut attendre d’un établissement de ce standing. Mais notre principale déception concerne surtout le manque de considération et de sens de l’hospitalité à la fin de notre séjour. Nous avions déjà payé un supplément pour bénéficier d’un late check-out jusqu’à 18h. Notre vol, initialement prévu vers minuit, a finalement été retardé de 4 heures, avec un départ en pleine nuit vers 4h du matin. Voyageant avec deux enfants, nous avons simplement demandé s’il était possible de conserver la chambre deux heures supplémentaires, afin qu’ils puissent se reposer un peu avant cette très longue nuit. Malgré le contexte, l'hôtel nous a immédiatement demandé un nouveau supplément financier. Bien entendu, un hôtel est libre d'appliquer ses conditions tarifaires. Mais l'hospitalité ne se résume pas uniquement à appliquer un tarif à chaque demande. Après un séjour de 7 jours à environ 2 200 €, auquel s'ajoutait déjà le coût du late check-out, nous aurions apprécié un minimum de souplesse et surtout un geste commercial face à une situation totalement indépendante de notre volonté. C'est malheureusement l'impression avec laquelle nous quittons cet établissement : celle d'être davantage considérés comme un numéro de chambre et une source de revenus que comme des clients. C'est d'autant plus regrettable que cela contraste fortement avec la gentillesse, la générosité et le sens de l'accueil que nous avons rencontrés partout ailleurs à Bali. Un séjour globalement correct, mais une fin particulièrement décevante qui laisse un goût amer et qui, à elle seule, nous ferait hésiter à revenir ou à recommander cet établissement.

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Nusa Dua. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived until check-out. Every member of the staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help, which made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were good and comfortable, although fairly standard, and the breakfast was decent with enough variety, even if it wasn’t the highlight of the hotel. The real standout was the exceptional hospitality and the spa experience. A special thank you to the massage therapists Rina and Hapy. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and skill made our treatments incredibly relaxing. They truly made our vacation even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a great experience and would gladly stay here again. Thank you to the entire Novotel Nusa Dua team for making our holiday memorable!

Hotel was great. Came here with family and everything was perfect. Room cleaning staff was especially great which included Sri, Nanda and Pande. I had them come in the room while we were in there and they were in and out and left everything very clean. Another staff member that was very notable was Bobo. I would see him daily in the morning, working hard and keeping the grounds, clean and other guest happy. I hope to see all of them again the next time.

We had an exceptional family stay at Novotel Bali Nusa Dua. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality. I would like to extend my special thanks to Grace Luana, Guest Experience Manager, whose kindness, attentiveness, and dedication made our stay truly memorable. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of, always with a warm smile and a sincere desire to make our experience perfect. I would also like to express my appreciation to Mr. Bilal, the Manager, for his excellent leadership, warm welcome, and commitment to guest satisfaction. His professionalism and attention to service are clearly reflected throughout the entire resort and its wonderful team. The hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and perfectly suited for families. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the pools are fantastic, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing and enjoyable. Every member of the staff was friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. Thanks to Grace, Mr. Bilal, and the entire team at Novotel Bali Nusa Dua, our holiday in Bali was truly unforgettable. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a premium experience in Nusa Dua, and we look forward to returning in the future. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is extremely courteous. Special mention to the Inbalance Spa treatment - I barely had time. So got the Quick Bliss treatment. It was a quick full body massage; a really nice coconut scrub; and followed by a nice, warm shower and moisturiser. The ginger tea was so delicious too. My therapist was Rina, and she was excellent at her job and so very kind. She made me feel super comfortable and was extremely attentive! Thanks so much for the massage and hospitality!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom + 2 bathroom apartment - so spacious. Each and every staff member was polite, friendly, professional and helpful. They made our stay amazing. Buffet breakfast was great - large range of food to suit everyone. Pool was good. Grounds and lush gardens were beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. Price of food and drinks were higher than we expected (higher than local surrounding places) but it was all nice - and we certainly utilised room service and cafe as we did not want to cook. Suggestion- If mirrors could be put in the bedrooms so we could do our make up - that would be great. Its not fun putting on makeup in hot bathrooms on 30 degree days..
