Our stay at Alaya Suites Ubud was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything felt premium, relaxing, and perfectly organized. A special thank you to Sang Made, who picked us up from the airport and also took care of our checkout transfer. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and patient. During the drive, he shared so much about Bali, its culture, and the island’s history, making the journey a wonderful experience in itself. He also waited a long time for us at the airport with a smile, which we truly appreciated. The hotel itself is stunning. The entire property is beautifully maintained, spotless, and surrounded by lush greenery. The breakfast was outstanding with a fantastic selection and high quality. Every member of the staff was genuinely warm, attentive, and always happy to help. The location is another highlight. Even though the hotel is right in the heart of Ubud, it feels like a peaceful jungle retreat, quiet, relaxing, and the perfect place to unwind after exploring the city. We highly recommend Alaya Suites Ubud to anyone looking for a luxurious and authentic stay in Bali. We can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at the Alaya for 5 nights and absolutely loved it! The grounds are beautiful and in a perfect location. You have everything within walking distance yet you have privacy at the same time. We spent a lot of time at the spa on site and the breakfast at the Brasserie was amazing. Everyone was so attentive and lovely, the customer service was top notch! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be staying here when we return to Ubud. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Loved my stay here. The location is convenient and very close to the Monkey Forest. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the Alaya Room with a hot tub is spacious and quiet. We tried the Balinese massage, and it was so relaxing that we wanted to try it again. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and we will definitely come back in the future.

Our stay at Alaya Ubud was truly unforgettable and without a doubt the most beautiful hotel experience we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with exceptional warmth and hospitality. We were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade, and the room exceeded all our expectations. It was spacious, beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and surrounded by the stunning natural beauty of Ubud. Every detail of the hotel reflects quality, elegance, and genuine care for guests. A special highlight of our stay was the perfectly organized excursion to Mason Elephant Park. The hotel team arranged everything seamlessly, allowing us to relax and enjoy the experience without any worries. We would especially like to thank our driver, Arya. He provided outstanding service throughout the day. Arya was incredibly kind, friendly, professional, and attentive. He made us feel comfortable from the very beginning and turned the journey into a memorable experience with his warm personality, interesting conversations, and genuine care. His excellent service was one of the highlights of our trip, and we are very grateful to have met him. We cannot recommend Alaya Ubud highly enough. The beautiful rooms, exceptional service, attention to detail, and wonderful staff made our stay absolutely perfect. We would love to return one day and will cherish these memories for a long time. 新婚旅行で伺いました。部屋も清潔でスタッフさんも日本語が上手く皆さんにこやかでとても良くしていただきました。 ウブド王宮まで徒歩で20分、バリ舞踊の公演が行われおり素晴らしい夜を過ごしました。ホテル内のプールの水温や、歯磨き用のミネラルウォーターなど細やかな心遣いを感じられるホテルです。

The hotel is a conveniently located around restaurants and shops. The rooms are very spacious (wish the mattress was a little softer- it was very firm). The bathtub is an experience not to be missed! The team at the Spa were amazing. Only thing we found disappointing was the food. I think a new chef is needed. We ended up eating out quite a bit.
