We recently stayed at Paradisus by Meliá for 7 nights as a family of six (2 adults, 2 children, and 2 grandparents). After booking nine months in advance and reading so many glowing reviews, we were excited to experience a true 5-star resort. Unfortunately, it didn't meet our expectations. The resort itself is beautiful. The gardens are immaculate, the main pool has a great atmosphere, and the kids loved the water slides. The beach was another highlight, and we enjoyed spending time there as a family. Our biggest disappointment was the service. We requested connecting rooms months before arrival but were told we'd need to pay an extra USD $600, with no guarantee. We ended up with rooms next to each other, meaning my husband and I had to sleep separately with one child each. Our room also had a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom throughout our stay. Despite reporting it several times over 6 days, the issue was never resolved. Breakfast was inconsistent, with basic buffet items regularly running out, slow drink service, and even children's juice attracting an additional charge. We also found communication difficult at times due to the language barrier. The elevators frequently broke down, and we felt there was a noticeable difference in the level of service provided to bed and breakfast guests compared with all-inclusive guests. Overall, Paradisus by Meliá has fantastic facilities and beautiful grounds, but the customer service, maintenance issues, and overall guest experience fell short of what we expect from a 5-star resort

Just spent 10 days at Melia and although we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, there are definitely areas for improvement. We were travelling with a toddler and had to do washing during our stay. Around 20 items cost $130 to wash. Socks were essentially $10 a pair to wash which is insane. We visited two of the onsite restaurants during our stay and found the food mediocre. Our biggest complaint was the tiny portions. I believe this is due to the hotel offering all inclusive and therefore they want to keep the portions small for all inclusive guests who might over order several items as its included in their stay. We found similar with some drinks. I ordered a glass of bubbles which was half filled to the top. On more positive notes the staff were incredibly friendly and the service was good. The kids clubs and kids pool was amazing and went far beyond our expectations. We loved being close to Bali Connection and the beach.

A truly stunning hotel. Service is superb. An extremely spacious hotel with multi nationality restaurants. Live music welcomed. Gardens are gorgeous with interesting paths and features. The pool is fabulous with many options for seating environments with full service. Activities on offer to satisfy everyone. Loving our 5 night stay. Even though hotel is kid friendly, there are enough options for us to escape the kids!

My Fiance and I visited Paradisus early October, with the all inclusive package and had the most amazing stay. Safe to say we will DEFINITELY be coming back!! The staff at Paradisus were exceptional, they work so hard to ensure you are having a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and always restocked, I do wish maybe the airconditioning could have been slightly cooler, there was a panel to reduce the AC but it seems it stayed at 23c. My partner organised a proposal at the resort and a special mention to Tinton and Luisa for making it the most special event of my life, they were such a lovely and fun team to and constantly made sure we were happy with our stay! Thank you so much :) I am soo incredibly happy with this resort and look forward to coming back many more times!!!

在峇里島的最後2晚我們選擇了Paradisus， 飯店非常大也非常漂亮， 在飯店所遇到的工作人員都笑臉迎人， 除了一開始幫我們接洽的櫃檯男員工。 幫我們C/I的時候， 櫃檯員工一直東張西望， 講話也比較冷漠， 讓我們覺得很不受尊重⋯⋯ 除此之外其他工作人員都非常的棒！ 因為我們不喝酒，食量也不大， 所以沒有選擇全包式服務， 如果要在飯店的餐廳用餐， 價格真的所費不貲。 我們的房間不算大， 但因為我們都在使用渡假村的設施， 所以也不會太在意， 只是在浴缸內洗澡的時候， 就算把玻璃門關起來， 水還是會噴到外面， 導致地板非常濕滑， 有小孩的家庭要多注意。 不過整體而言， 我們一家人都很喜歡Paradisus 所帶來的渡假氛圍， 也在這裡渡過非常開心的時光。

An incredible stay made truly unforgettable by an exceptional team! We have just returned from an incredible stay at Paradisus Meliá Bali, and we honestly cannot thank the entire team enough for making our holiday, and particularly our wedding celebration, so incredibly special. From the moment we arrived, the level of service, warmth and attention to detail was exceptional. The events team, led by Tinton, deserves a very special mention. They went so far above and beyond our expectations to make our wedding everything we could have hoped for and more. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their care, professionalism and genuine enthusiasm made such a difference to what was an incredibly important occasion for us. A special mention also has to go to the chefs and hosting team at Sante Restaurant. They were absolutely fantastic throughout our stay. The food, service and hospitality were consistently outstanding, and they helped make every meal feel like part of the experience rather than simply a meal. What really stood out to us was that this wasn’t just excellent service, it was the genuine warmth and friendliness of the people. So many members of the team made us feel incredibly welcome, and their efforts turned a fantastic holiday into a truly unforgettable one. We would wholeheartedly recommend Paradius Bali, whether you’re looking for an exceptional holiday, celebrating a special occasion, planning a wedding, or, like us, fortunate enough to be doing both! Thank you to everyone who made our stay so memorable. We will never forget it and very much hope to return. ❤️
