Absolutely perfect stay …🙂👍 10/10 AAA+ The staff is absolutely devoted to client satisfaction .. always smiling, always asking if you need something and taking care of the customers.. A exemplary team that other Melia’s should take example on..! Arrival at the reception is just perfect … The restaurants, some open 24 hours , have a great ‘ A la carte ‘ menu and the Buffets in the other restaurants are great also. Menega mediterranean restaurant is also great option with a sophisticated cuisine and attention .. Extremely attentive host.. The beach and hotel installations are great and with the premium package, they even reserve the beach chairs for you in the morning.. just perfect..10/10 Room service works perfectly also. The housekeeping did a perfect job , we stayed 11 days, for Christmas and New Year’s Eve, upgraded to a suite because we are Platinum at Melia Rewards, they never forgot anything, from the coffee to the mini bar and the rest of the amenities in the room. Rooms were very tidy, taking care of to perfection..10/10 The laundry service is also perfect, give them your laundry in the morning and by the end of the afternoon it’s in your room, clean and ironed..10/10 what else can we say……? Excellent family stay with an unexpected upgrade and amazing staff!We stayed at Sol Benoa Bali with our family, including three adult children, and had an excellent experience. We arrived exhausted after a busy few days of touring, and the hotel kindly offered us a room upgrade upon arrival, which was a wonderful surprise. The food was great, the cleanliness was spot on, and we thoroughly enjoyed both the pool and the beach. A special mention to Dwiki, Padma, and the entire team, who are incredibly attentive to all guests. It was the perfect place to relax. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very well maintained, with a beautiful garden and a nice swimming pool. Our room was spacious and cleaned thoroughly every day. Everything throughout the resort was clean and well looked after. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always smiling. The beach is beautiful with clean water. Just keep in mind that the water is very shallow, so don’t expect to swim much, the pool is a better option. This wasn’t an issue for me, in fact, I loved that there were no waves, as it was perfect for sitting in the water and relaxing. Lots of shade but also sun. A bit for everyone. The location is good, but Nusa Dua is generally better suited to a relaxing holiday than nightlife and clubs. Grab is not expensive, so it’s easy to get to busier areas, although the journey can take around an hour depending on traffic. There are plenty of local restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, which we really enjoyed. The hotel also offers an affordable all-inclusive package, but with so many great local options nearby, we preferred to explore the area instead. The only real downside was that if you didn’t reserve a sunbed with your towels before around 8am, it was difficult to find one later in the day. Breakfast was good, but the selection was almost identical every morning. A little more variety would have been appreciated, although it wasn’t a major issue for us. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Nusa Dua.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel in Bali! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel itself was beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. The room was comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The food was delicious with plenty of options, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was peaceful and luxurious. We truly felt cared for and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali. We can’t wait to come back again!
