I had a fantastic stay at Mercure Hotel Nairobi Upper Hill! From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and great amenities. What really stood out to me was the exceptional hospitality—Willis went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. It’s rare to come across such genuine and attentive service, and I truly appreciated it.
