Pobyt w Voyager Beach Resort oceniam bardzo wysoko. Hotel oferuje przestronne i wygodne pokoje, a nasz był duży i zapewniał piękny widok na Ocean Indyjski, co w pełni odpowiadało moim oczekiwaniom. Wysoki poziom czystości zarówno w pokojach, jak i na całym terenie obiektu - codzienne sprzątanie, świeża pościel oraz zadbane otoczenie sprawiają, że pobyt jest naprawdę komfortowy i bezproblemowy. Hotel położony jest na rozległym, tropikalnym terenie pełnym zieleni i palm, z licznymi miejscami sprzyjającymi relaksowi i spokojnym spacerom. Obsługa jest uprzejma i pomocna, a oferta kulinarna urozmaicona i dobrze zorganizowana (niesamowita kolacja walentynkowa!). Dodatkowe atrakcje i animacje sprawiają, że w hotelu nie sposób się nudzić, a położenie tuż przy PIĘKNEJ plaży oraz dobra lokalizacja względem atrakcji Mombasy są kolejnymi atutami tego miejsca. Całość sprawiła, że pobyt był bardzo udany i z pełnym przekonaniem mogę stwierdzić, że jest to hotel idealny na spokojny, wakacyjny wypoczynek w Kenii!

The cooks and writers are so kind and professional. The food is good too but. Everything is perfect except one guy at the reception. We have a video of him Harrasing us and calling us names just because we din't want a buffet and wanted something different

We were at this hotel in early feb/ late January 2026 and while most things were ok on our last day we left feeling extremely angry due to racism. While going to get ice cream at the restaurant around 4pm there was a guy serving and we were completely ignored while white customers who were coming after us were served. We literally stood in front of the guy for a good ten minutes before leaving and he completely ignored us while white children came and he acknowledged them instantly. Maybe he has a personal bias against brown people but this is not how you expect to be treated at a four star resort. It definitely ruined our trip to be treated like this especially by another person of colour and I don’t think we’ll ever choose this resort again.

My stay at Voyager Beach Resort was amazing. The food was excellent, and the staff were outstanding. The selection of alcoholic drinks was spectacular; however, the choice of non-alcoholic drinks was limited, especially the fresh juice options. The fruit section also had limited variety. Although the hotel provides snacks from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., they were not available until around 4 p.m., even though drinks were served during that time. The entertainment during dinner was also amazing, adding to the overall experience. The Lookout Bar was fantastic, and the ice cream time at 3 p.m. was delightful, even though we only learned about it when a staff member informed us during our second-to-last day. The staff were very helpful, and both the check-in and checkout processes were smooth. Overall, I would give the resort a 4.5-star rating.

Bonjour, j'ai passé de très belles vacances dans l'hôtel Voyager. Le personnel était serviable, souriant et agréable. Je tiens à remercier Georges qui s'occupait du nettoyage de ma chambre 1309, c'est un homme très gentil et très agréable. Merci à Olivia pour mon gâteau d'anniversaire, merci beaucoup car je l'ai prévenu au dernier moment. Merci à Washington est le chef Douglas pour leur gentillesse, leur sourire et leur bonne humeur. Une pensée pour l'équipe d'animation en soirée pour les différents shows présentés. Merci au maître nageur de la piscine à débordement. Merci à Margaret (chéri chéri) pour sa gentillesse 😉. J'ai passé un très bon moment dans cet hôtel et j'y reviendrai. Tout le personnel de cet hôtel est super. Par contre il est vrai qu'il y a un manque d'activité après l'animation en soirée pour les personnes qui se couchent tard. Merci, à bientôt.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay. The room was stuffy and smelled strongly of mould. Within just a few hours, I discovered that the sheets had not been changed, the dustbin was half full, and the bedding was clearly not fresh. There were also ants all over the room. To make matters worse, the bed was slanted and very uncomfortable, and the AC was not working. When I requested fresh bedding, it never arrived. I called again, and eventually they brought only one sheet. We had no choice but to use our shawls to cover ourselves. On the third day, we were finally moved to a different room, but by then the experience had already been ruined. I have stayed here before, but this visit was extremely disappointing and clearly not up to the standard I expected. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this place to my friends or family.
