The hotel has spectacular views of the beach. My room was spacious and had a lovely ambience. The food was great with plenty of delicious options to choose from—I could have their chocolate croissants every day😋. They also have entertainment every night. As a solo traveller, I never ran out of things to do, I truly enjoyed my stay and would 100% recommend.

The PrideInn Paradise is a lovely hotel on the ocean in Mombasa. I had a great time. Rooms were clean, simple, and efficient. Housekeeping is great, coming in the day to replace towels and clean, and coming in the evening to turn the room for sleeping. All of the housekeeping staff I met were very nice and gracious. I will say though, from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm, it is loud in the rooms, because you hear the music from the restaurant or events. Amenities are great. There is a lovely spa overlooking the ocean, a gym, a waterpark for the youth, an adults only pool, and many meeting rooms for reservation. The restaurants are very good, with many good options, freshly cooked meats, a pasta bar, and omelet bar for breakfast, fresh juices as well. The location in Mombasa isn’t the best, but the hotel is in a gated compound, and the inside is a paradise. The security is very good, and we felt very safe while in the hotel.

The location is good, the environment is wonderful, the reception is very good, the workers are so welcoming. The food was good. The fruits were fresh though the same types everyday and at every serving. During galla dinner, the spinach had some smell( not fresh). Generally everything was good.

What a great resort to stay in with your family. Room space is spacious for the whole family (a couple and two kids) View from the room is great. Breakfast and dinner are amazing and the service is wonderful. The staff are beyond amazing. The way they are greeting us every second and taking care of my kids as well. My kid was little bit Nauseous from the trip to the resort and throw up a little bit. They immediately took care of him and cleaned him without hesitation. What a team. I’ll defiantly visit this resort whenever am in Mombasa

My stay at PrideInn Paradise was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional every staff member was warm, friendly, and always ready to help with a big shout out to Rashid and Fredrick. The food was delicious with plenty of great options, and the overall atmosphere was perfect for relaxation and fun. There were so many enjoyable activities, beautiful beach views, and stunning aesthetics that truly gave the ultimate vacation vibe. I celebrated my anniversary there, and the team went above and beyond to make it special. They surprised me by singing and dancing with me, creating a memorable experience that I will never forget. PrideInn Paradise is truly one of the best places to visit for a getaway. I had an incredible time and would love to come back again. Highly recommended!

Perfect cutomer servies and friendly and hospitable staff very willing to help. The Manager Customer Care is a real gem, able to handle things very fast with the best attitude. Good room services and nice food. The nurse was quick tobrespond to our need when the baby wasn't well. I enjoyed to maximum and wont hesitate to come back. Overall performance beyond EXCELLENT.
