O hotel é muito bom, com quarto amplo e confortável. Funcionários educados e prestativos. O único ponto é o restaurante que cobra preço de 5 estrelas e te entrega comida de 3 estrelas. A qualidade da comida é muito mediana. O café da manhã TB é muito simples.

I travel frequently and stay in hotels across all price ranges, from budget accommodations to luxury properties. This is the first hotel review I have ever written because I have never been as disappointed as I was with Hotel Villa Mayor Charme Fortaleza. The information and photos available online do not accurately represent the property we experienced. We paid a rate comparable to a five-star hotel in Fortaleza, but what we found was nowhere near the quality or standard we expected for the price we paid. The rooms were extremely dated, with worn-out furniture of very poor quality. The cleanliness was unacceptable. There were stains on the walls throughout the rooms, and the overall condition made the hotel feel neglected. I am highly allergic to mold and dust, and within minutes of entering the room my eyes began to itch. We had booked two rooms, and the second room also had visible mold and stains on the walls. It was immediately clear that this was not an isolated issue. We specifically chose this hotel over a larger hotel chain because the photos and descriptions suggested a charming boutique property. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different. We had booked a 14-night stay but were unable to spend even a single night there. The hotel showed us other available rooms, but they were in essentially the same condition. We were told that some rooms are being renovated, but despite the significant difference in quality, we were not offered one of the upgraded rooms. We had no choice but to leave and find another hotel. We are now requesting a full refund because the accommodations we were provided did not match the quality, condition, or expectations created by the hotel’s online listing. I also struggle to understand how this hotel has received so many outstanding reviews. Based on what we saw, my impression is that many of those reviews may have come from guests who stayed in the renovated rooms rather than the older ones. If that is the case, it creates a very inconsistent guest experience, and prospective guests should know that not all rooms appear to be of the same standard. Another aspect that was misleading was the pool area. The photos make it look like a spacious, charming courtyard with a relaxing restaurant surrounding the pool. In reality, the amenity area is quite small for a hotel of this size. When we visited, it was crowded and difficult to find space to relax or enjoy the facilities, making it far less appealing than the photos suggest. This experience caused significant inconvenience, additional expense, and a very disappointing start to our vacation. I hope the hotel either updates its online photos to accurately reflect the rooms guests are likely to receive or completes the renovations before charging premium rates. As it stands today, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Ficamos por 4 dias no hotel Villa Mayor, adoramos desde o início, mas o atendimento e a disponibilidade dos funcionários foi oq mais nos deixou satisfeitos, além claro do café da manhã variado. A localização tbm é ótima, custo benefício excelente.

Apesar de antigo o hotel é bem conservado, ambiente familiar, boa área de piscina (que não passa de 1,5m de profundidade). Fica a 2 quadras da praia do Meirelles. Colaboradores atenciosos, restaurante muito bom com preço igual ao de fora do hotel. Voltarei mais vezes. João e Davi na recepção foram muito cordiais e atenciosos, parabéns. Banheiro pequeno e TV do quarto só pega canais locais sem TV a cabo, mas esses pontos não foram tão problemáticos. Obrigado.

O hotel em si é bom, mas alguns funcionários não tratam bem o cliente, tive uma experiência ruim, pois cheguei ao local e ficaram olhando pra mim perguntando se eu estava no local certo, pois devem ter pensado que eu não tinha condições, de cara isso já me aconteceu, sendo que já estava tudo pago, depois meu cartão de abrir a porta do quarto deu problema 3 vezes . Não gostei do tratamento de alguns funcionários, pois se a pessoa está ali dentro pagou pra isso, não importa qual condições aparento ter, revejam alguns funcionários. A pessoa mais simpática comigo foi a senhora da limpeza!
