Ficamos em duas pessoas por 6 dias e a experiência não foi nada das melhores em termos de atendimento…. Cada recepcionista dizia uma coisa e nada batia com nada desde a chegada O welcome drink foi um parto para conseguir pois no hotel disseram uma coisa e na praia não nos deram o drink nem com reza braba…. Pediam um voucher que no hotel disseram várias vezes que era só chegar na praia e dar o nº do quarto para pegar!! E disseram que era só ir no aplicativo e lá não tinha nadaaaaa de welcome drink…. Pedimos ajuda e NÃO se importaram em ajudar com o aplicativo….Tudo que falavam, não acontecia affff Café da manhã ótimo… localização top, faltou uma piscina…. COM TODA CERTEZA não nos hospedaremos mais! Tem tannnntos melhores…..

Le camere sono un po' piccole, infatti me la sono fatta cambiare. Un giorno ho trovato delle formiche ed avvisato il personale che ha effettuato disinfestazione. Colazione buonissima. Posizione perfetta per spiaggia, sicurezza e locali.

Let me start off by saying I would recommend this hotel, even given the lengthy list of "constructive criticisms"!! (Although I would also suggest that it is a high 3* rather than a full 4* hotel. Just my opinion!) So here are the positives first: - all the staff were really lovely - friendly, professional and always smiling - there is a USB charging port either side of the bed - the bed was comfy/firm(ish) - breakfast was generally good quality, with lots of choice with most things - the only exception was the limited hot food - the hotel is in great position on the beach strip, right in the middle with shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby - try using the Itau (via the Uber app) bikes to get around - easy to use and relatively cheap and "stations" everywhere in the Copacabana/Ipanema area. Plan your routes tho - there are loads of good bike lanes in the main areas, as the roads can be very busy and full of crazy motorcyclists! Also, non Brasilians will need to use their passport to verify their age (i.e. over 18s only) before using them. Now for the constructive criticism: - we found 9 "redundant" light switches - the main light had to be switched off near the door, i.e. because the 3 switches on either side of the bed didn't do anything, and then the bathroom lights would not switch on without the main lights switched on! - the bathroom lights were ridiculous, see photos. There was one over the shower area, which was adequate, but the mirror (the only one that could be used for hair/make-up etc.) only lit up the right side of your face! The shaving mirror could have been used, except the integrated light didn't work! - despite online info suggesting UK to Euro adaptors would work with the Brasilian hexagon sockets THEY DON'T! The reception doesn't have any and suggests local shops might have them. THEY DON'T! After trying several shops we just happened to walk past a street seller selling them for £1.50 - Wardrobe - no long dresses allowed, cos it was a "half-length" one - no hand towel rail - we had to drape it on the shaver mirror - we paid the extra for one of the rooms with the big terrace on the top floor. I would suggest you try and get room 1214 (rather than 1212), as it has the better view. - there is a kettle (but no coffee sachets) plus a Nespresso machine - but you have to pay for the pods after the first free two. So buy pods in supermarkets or bring your own!

Adorei conhecer. Localização ótima. Não tem estacionamento mas eles indicam estacionar no hotel ao lado, o Marriot, a diária custa 100,00 por carro. O hotel é petfriendly porém não há nenhum mimo para o pet e a taxa é 105,00 por dia. A decoração é bem bonita, clean, moderna. O restaurante do hotel é um peruano, achamos maravilhoso. O restaurante tem um deck de frente para a praia que é uma delícia ficar ali. Também é servido o café da manhã ali, que inclusive também é muito bom. Ótimo atendimento. Tem academia mas não tem piscina e nem lazer.

Equipe muito atenciosa! Café da manhã e o restaurante de Ceviche são muito bons. O quarto poderia ser mais iluminado, mas tirando isso é uma ótima opção de hospedagem e custo-benefício na região.

Hotel is pretty nice with a good gym. It’s on Copacabana Beach which is ‘lively’, especially at the weekend. It was carnage when we arrived late Saturday afternoon. Initially slow check in on & terrible room allocation with lots of road noise. One of the hotel staff Mateus sorted out our room allocation on Sunday night & got us a great quiet room on the second night. We are Silver Accor members but were still allocated low grade room near the lift initially on night one because we were on an Intrepid premium tour. The tour guide got us free drinks but that did not compensate for utterly terrible room allocation & no sleep! People on tours get bad room allocations because tour operators negotiate low prices!
