Our stay at Miramar Hotel by Windsor in Copacabana was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the customer service exceeded expectations. We arrived early, and the hotel graciously accommodated us with an early check-in, which made such a difference after traveling. The level of service throughout our stay was honestly some of the best I’ve experienced in a very long time. Our room was spotless every single day, and housekeeping was incredibly attentive. When we realized we needed a converter to charge our devices, the staff brought one up immediately without hesitation. The location is perfect — literally right across from Copacabana Beach — and the complimentary beach chairs, towels, and umbrella made the experience even better and so convenient. One thing that truly impressed us was the concierge/front desk service. We wanted to have dinner at a very popular steakhouse last minute, but reservations online were completely booked. The hotel staff actually called on our behalf and secured us a reservation within an hour! That level of hospitality and effort is rare. The breakfast was spectacular as well. There was an omelette station, fresh juices, and so much variety. The service during breakfast felt like dining in a true 5-star restaurant. And lastly, the rooftop pool and restaurant views are absolutely breathtaking. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Miramar Hotel by Windsor to anyone visiting Rio!

I stayed at this hotel for two weeks during Carnival, and it really became a calm, clean home base away from all the chaos. The rooms were always spotless, including the bathrooms, and the customer service was excellent — you genuinely feel looked after and safe. The pool area is lovely, the pool-bar drinks are great, and the beach beds and towel service are a really nice touch. I’ve rated this as a 5-star stay overall, but I did expect a bit more from the property itself. It feels more like a high 4-star hotel that’s been given a 5-star rating — which seems to be more of a Rio thing than an issue with this particular hotel. The gym, for example, is very small and basic, and the sauna/steam room feel like features added just to tick the 5-star boxes. That said, it’s a comfortable, clean, safe and well-run place to stay — especially during Carnival — no issues.

Excellent choice when visiting Rio. A very boutique type experience with superior service. Rooftop pool has an excellent view and great food. Overall I would recommend it above the likes of the Hilton even though smaller, overall a much better breakfast, smarter rooms and better service.

Hôtel très bien placé à Copacabana et à proximité d'Ipanema. Petit-déjeuner savoureux, et très varié : salé, sucré, à la demande et adapté aux régimes particulier. Les serveurs sont aux petits soins. S'agissant de la chambre, elle offre un très bel espace, et une baignoire. La literie est de très bonne qualité. Vous pourrez profiter de serviettes de plage afin d'accéder aux fauteil de l'hôtel sur la plage ou ailleurs. Piscine + bar au dernier étage, avec une vue imprenable sur Copacabana.

We stayed in Rooms 607 and 1010 for three nights 22nd-25th July. The hotel was situated conveniently for sightseeing. All the hotel staff, without exception, were friendly, helpful and provided excellent service. I would particularly like to thank Daniella at Reception. She was superb, kind, thoughtful, considerate, empathetic and positive. A brilliant employee who is a real credit to and ambassadir for the hitel and company.

Location was excellent! The hotel staff helped us out navigating everything from tours to ordering transportation. They even helped us order a gift basket for our friends in Brazil. The rooftop pool, view and bar wer exceptional. The food was great and the room service was prompt. One negative was that they did not have a hot tub which Expedia advertised but not the hotel's fault.
