Knott’s Hotel is a beautiful property and the short walk to the park is unbeatable, but the experience had some notable ups and downs. While the hotel looks nice, the walls are fairly thin; we could hear almost everything happening in the hallway. If you end up in one of the connecting rooms, be aware that there is about an inch of space under the door, which lets in quite a bit of light and sound from the adjacent room. The dining options are a bit of a trade-off. They do offer a breakfast delivery service—which is a nice convenience—though the actual restaurant has a much wider selection of food. Just keep in mind that parking is not included in the room rate, so you'll want to budget extra for that daily fee. It’s a solid choice for park access, but light sleepers might want to come prepared!

We stayed at Knott’s Hotel for a week. Overall, it was okay — not amazing, but not terrible either. Housekeeping came daily and kept the room tidy, which we appreciated. Bathroom cleanliness was acceptable, nothing noticeably dirty. The beds were decent, though not the most comfortable for a longer stay. One issue we ran into was the bed frame corners — they stick out and are quite sharp. Both I and my kids ended up with multiple bruises throughout the stay, so that’s something families should be aware of. Noise was moderate — you can hear some hallway activity, but it wasn’t unbearable. The fridge is very small, so don’t plan on storing much food if you’re staying multiple days. There also weren’t many outlets, which made charging devices a bit inconvenient. On the plus side, there is a good amount of storage space for clothes. However, there’s only one mirror — with three ladies in one room, that made getting ready a bit challenging, especially with the tiny bathroom. The bathroom itself is very small with limited counter space. The pool was just okay, but the water wasn’t great for our hair — whether it’s saltwater or the chemicals, it really dried out and damaged my daughter’s hair. Parking is free for one car if you book directly through the Knott’s website, but it’s $25 per day for each additional car. The biggest advantage is the location — it’s very close to Knott’s Berry Farm, which makes it convenient for families. We ended up skipping the Boysenberry Festival because the lines were too long, but it was nice being close enough to go back and forth easily. Overall, it’s a convenient option if your main goal is proximity to the park, but it’s more of an average stay than a comfortable or relaxing one.

cons: 1.The water in the shower was lagging I had to hurry to make sure water would not stop on me. 2. The walls have no noise insolation so I could hear everything all night 3. Funky smell in the hallway Pros: 1. Comfy bed and clean sheets 2.clean bathroom 3. The soap they have in the shower smells yummy The hotel was renovated with a beautiful lobby, but was not consistent for the hotel itself. If I didn't hear noises all night I would've gave a better rating. I enjoyed that the rooms were clean, but was not comfortable sleeping in because I was woken up to noises outside of our room. If you're a heavy sleepier go for it. A lot of ratings state noise complaint and I agree; even after a long day at the park I couldn't sleep.minor flaws in the room and hallways which seems unacceptable since it's been "renovated not many years ago. All in all I wouldn't stay here unless it's a dirt cheap rating. Paid almost 200 a night and I expected a better experience. C-

Really wanted to like this place because of the location but my experience was pretty bad. Checked in and tried to take a shower and there was no hot water. They moved me into a second room that had hot water, but had a fire sprinkler right above the bed that clearly hadn't been cleaned in months, if ever. I was tired from moving from the first room and didn't want to keep bugging the front desk, who were giving the impression that these problems were a nuisance to them. 3rd night, tried to take a shower at 9:30PM and no hot water again! Apparently they were doing "emergency repairs" at 11PM, but this was before that. They let me check out two hours late because of this, but that doesn't seem like a fair compensation for a dirty room and 2/3 showers being cold. The Disney shuttle was nice, and they let me check in a few hours early.

Ok...so I give it overall 3 stars. For location and rooms, I rate a 4 1/2. Service maybe a 4. I'll give them the fact that the rooms are clean and modernized (sorta). The pool is clean and refreshing. I believe it's also salt water not chlorine. The people are polite, but they made a mistake on our package. Originally, they included the knott's pre-scary farm dinner. But, they didn't. They also required us to check out and re-check back in for our 2nd day stay and refused to roll over our deposit. Instead, we had to pay an additional deposit while waiting several days for our original deposit. Now...what brings our whole experience down to a 3 is this. The beds...well we didn't sleep because their beds are like sleeping on cardboard. Probably could've slept better on the floor. My kids that are 11, 12 and 17 didnt even wake up feeling well rested because well we could'nt sleep. We were exhausted the entire day at Knott's. So uncomfortable! Also, what hotel doesnt provide coffee? They told us that they used to have coffee pots but took them out. Probably so that we could spend money at their on site Starbucks. No microwave either or modern tvs that allow you to log into streaming apps like Netflix or whatever. To me, it just seems like they cut costs on minor things that make a big difference when it comes to a pleasurable stay during the times you're not at knott's. Also, no cash! Card only. Blahhhh. Btw...the breakfast buffet isn't THAT good. Lol Not worth the stay in my opinion. Won't be going back.

Absolutely LOVE Knotts Hotel!! From the moment you pull into the parking lot, you’re greeted with friendly staff and excellent customer service. What really stands out to me is that EVERY single staff member you pass in the hallways acknowledges you, smiles, and says good morning or hello. The entire staff is consistently friendly and welcoming! The hotel itself is great, and the rooms are comfortable, clean, and inviting. I stay here about once a month, and every single stay has been a great experience! I genuinely look forward to coming back each time. Knott’s Hotel truly goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. It’s not just one friendly employee here and there, it’s the entire staff making guests feel welcome. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Knott’s Berry Farm. I absolutely LOVE staying here! 💛💛🤍
