L'emplacement est parfait proche métro, Times Square (sans les nuisances sonores) et MSG à quelques minutes à pieds. Chambre correcte, le frigo et le micro-onde sont des plus. Par contre il faudrait revoir l'installation de la clim, qui est au sol et fait aussi énormément de bruit même au minimum.. Petit déjeuner qui laisse a désirer surtout au vu du prix. Très peu de choix salé, confiture de raisins/pommes uniquement. Et ne correspond pas aux photos du sites. Des crudités en plus serait bien. Le dernier jour il n'y avait même plus de jus d'orange.. et aucune proposition de substitution. Les tables ne sont pas toujours propres. Le personnel est agréable.

My husband and I stopped by for a drink at the hotel restaurant. We already knew the place wasn’t great from previous visits, but I recognized one of the staff members who used to work there when we were regular guests at the Hilton during our work travels. He was friendly and even created a new cocktail for me, which was actually very good. Unfortunately, one good drink couldn’t change the overall atmosphere. Things started off fine, but then a dishwasher came out and started doing drink tricks, which felt out of place. The cocktail was enjoyable, but the vibe of the place remains the same as ever. In my opinion, the experience has gone from bad to worse over time. I wouldn’t recommend spending your money here.

We recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Times Square South and unfortunately had a disappointing experience overall. My husband originally made the reservation using his Hilton Honors account, but at check-in I asked the front desk if the booking could be switched to my Hilton Honors number so we could use my Silver member benefits, since my husband does not have status. The check-in agent immediately told us this was not allowed and was not helpful or accommodating. After asking to speak with a manager, the reservation was eventually changed to my account anyway, which made the initial refusal even more frustrating. Throughout the interaction, the staff was not friendly, welcoming, or helpful, and I definitely did not feel appreciated as a Hilton Silver member. The hotel rooms are also extremely small, and housekeeping is only provided every other day, which does not feel consistent with the standard we usually expect from Hilton properties. The only positives were that the location is convenient and the room itself was relatively quiet. Overall, we would not stay here again and would instead choose one of the many other hotel options available in the area.

Stayed here for a conference at the Javits center and it was very conveniently located between where the conference was and MSG. Lots of walkable places to eat in the area and not far from Times Square and other popular tourist areas. Rooms were a bit tiny, but clean and efficient. Felt safe and was able to check in and out from my phone. I would stay here again.

Solid hotel choice in the area. The rooms are a bit small compared to a Midwest hotel room (per the norm in NYC), but perfectly doable. It was clean. The bathroom was nice and the hot water never ran out. Just a half block away from busy 8th street and maybe 15 min walk to Times Square.

Have you ever had that hotel experience where you think: I don’t think things are gonna go well, but I’m so excited to be in the city. Here’s the deal, I paid about $230 for one night as the best money I’ve spent on a hotel in years. First of all the front desk staff they were so nice and so accommodating; I saw a review saying the room is small and if you’re from Iowa, I would imagine it is, but if you are visiting in New York, this is amazing. I haven’t spoken with the general manager if I got the opportunity to do so, I would tell them how fantastic their stuff was. Anyway, there’s a lot of hotels you can choose but this seemed pretty affordable and pretty fantastic and very clean! Staff was lovely. I wish you well, New York is never easy, but this place makes it a lot easier.
