El hotel es muy cómodo, está en una ubicación inmejorable y todo el equipo nos hizo sentir muy bienvenidos desde nuestra llegada. Queremos agradecer de manera muy especial a Ana Karen y Carlos, quienes con su calidez, amabilidad y disposición para ayudar hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera aún más agradable. Siempre estuvieron atentos a cualquier detalle y su excelente actitud realmente marcó la diferencia. Gracias por hacer que nuestra visita a Nueva York fuera tan especial. Sin duda volveremos y recomendaremos este hotel con mucho gusto.

I stayed at the Pestana Park Ave for two night in May 2026. While the hotel itself is clean and nice, and I appreciated the free bagels and croissants for breakfast and free coffee and tea all day, my Superior Queen room was quite pokey/cozy and heavily scented. I had to run the bathroom fan with the window open for some fresh air. If you have a fragrance allergy or multiple chemical sensitivity and don't want to be chemically poisoned, I would recommend staying elsewhere. I hope the hotel will switch to unscented cleaning and laundering products. The best way to have a place "smell good" is to have it not smell like anything at all.

We had a wonderful stay at the Pestana Park Avenue! Front desk and room service were excellent. The room was clean and the size was not huge, but worked perfectly well for two. We had plenty of room to store our clothes in the drawers under the bed and were still able to store our luggage under the beds. The refillable water bottle and complimentary bagels and croissants in the morning were such a nice extra and made us feel well taken care of. The proximity to Grand Central Station was also a big plus! If we come back to the city we will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend!

I had a fantastic stay at Pestana Park Avenue and was genuinely impressed by the level of service throughout my time there. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel looked after, from offering helpful recommendations to making the process of extending my stay incredibly easy and stress-free. A special thank you to David, Jennifer, Annacare, Carlos and Riccardo, who were all exceptionally welcoming, attentive and professional. Their hospitality really made a difference and created such a positive experience. The room itself was extremely clean, comfortable and well maintained, with all the amenities you could reasonably need. Everything felt well thought out and fit for purpose, making it an easy place to settle into and feel at home. Overall, Pestana Park Avenue combines excellent accommodation with genuinely outstanding staff. I would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a team that truly cares about its guests.

Recently stayed for a long weekend trip for my wife's birthday. Our interactions with the staff, Gregory Carlos and Ricardo were nothing but positive. They went out of their way to make our stay special, especially for my wife on her birthday. Our room was clean and modern. The location in the City was perfect for our trip. Only a 5-7 minute walk to Grand Central was key to use the train for going up and down the City. I would highly considering staying here if you are looking for a place in midtown.

This hotel is in a fantastic spot if you’re in the city for broadway. You’re close enough that you can walk to everything, and there’s plenty of good food in the area. You’re a little out of the way though so you have an escape from the hustle and bustle. The staff were all great. The only downside is the rooms are very small. I guess this is to be expected for NYC, but I travel with few trappings and I found myself having to move my bag around to have space for simple tasks. We stayed on the top floor and the view was great!
