All I can say is WoW... I am not a person who is easily impressed. But this location is phenomenal. Right on the Clearwater Beach. Beautiful views from almost every room. The cleanliness is unparallel. Take it from someone who has cleaning OCD. Everywhere I looked someone was cleaning something. The guardrails by the pool the lobby the elevators. They also have valet parking. The restaurants and amenities at this location are so worth the stay. The gym is beautiful with a view to the ocean which helps a workout be more enjoyable. The entire staff were so nice and accommodating. Everyone greets you and ask if you need anything. The pool and and hot tub areas were so clean and This is one of the first hotels that when they say they have a heated pool you actually feel it. The hot tub was beyond hot amazing and relaxing. The fact that they are open until 3:00 a.m. is a huge plus. The rooms also include two lounge chairs and an umbrella at the beach which is right across the street. So no need to get up too early or fight anyone for a spot. The location is also right next to Pier 60. It's great for fishing shopping there's a couple of rides and activities. I definitely enjoyed shopping local and handmade gifts. If I could get this resort more than five stars I would. What a great vacation. I can't wait to come back.

We had a wonderful experience at the Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach! From the moment we arrived, the valet parking service was amazing—very fast, efficient, and welcoming. I especially want to recognize Evan, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. He was incredibly professional, courteous, and attentive, and he even upgraded our room. His professionalism and genuine care really stood out to us. He made us feel truly welcomed and valued as guests.

We stayed at the Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach from Sunday, June 28th through Wednesday, July 1st, and I truly don't have one bad thing to say about our trip. From the moment we arrived, the experience was outstanding. We were able to check in early, and the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The valet team was professional, friendly, and available 24 hours a day, which made coming and going so convenient. This trip was a special gift for my son's birthday and his 8th-grade graduation. The hotel surprised us by sending a slice of chocolate cake and a handwritten card to our room without us mentioning anything. That thoughtful gesture meant so much and made his celebration even more memorable. One of the best perks of staying here was having complimentary access to two beach chairs and an umbrella each day. The pool hours were also fantastic—it opens early and stays open late, giving everyone plenty of time to relax and cool off. The rooms are beautiful, and most offer incredible views of the Gulf or the marina. Watching the sunsets from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking. The beach itself was perfect, with the water at a comfortable 82 degrees during our stay. Everything about this vacation exceeded our expectations. Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed our vacation here. The check in process was quick and easy, and the hotel's location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach and close to plenty of restaurants and activities. The valet team was outstanding throughout our two week stay. They were always friendly, professional, and incredibly quick to retrieve our vehicle. Our room was spacious, and the bedding was very comfortable, making it easy to relax after long days in the sun. There were a few areas that could be improved. The pool was extremely warm, to the point that it wasn't very refreshing on hot days. Housekeeping was also inconsistent. During at least 10 of the 14 days we stayed, our room wasn't serviced until after 4:00 p.m. On the other days, they arrived very early, around 8:00 to 9:00 a.m., while we were getting ready for the day. Since housekeeping asks guests to leave the room while they clean, neither timeframe was particularly convenient. We also had difficulty reaching room service. Calls often went unanswered, and when we left messages with the answering service, we never received a return call. One thing families should be aware of is the pool policy. No pool toys were allowed, which was disappointing. For a hotel that markets itself as family friendly, this policy didn't seem to reflect that atmosphere and made it less enjoyable for children. Overall, we enjoyed our stay thanks to the great location, comfortable accommodations, and exceptional valet service. With improvements to housekeeping scheduling, room service responsiveness, a cooler pool, and a more family friendly pool experience, this would be an even better place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our experience at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, and the entire property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. A special thank you to Evan, whose friendly personality and sense of humor gave us such a warm welcome on our first day and started our vacation on a great note. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, professional, and always willing to help. We felt very welcome throughout our stay and will definitely be coming back. Thank you all for making our trip so enjoyable!

The resort was very clean and well kept. The spa was EXCELLENT! The staff should take some cultural awareness classes and be more knowledgeable of the Term Cultural Diversity. My husband and I waited to get a laitte and was greeted by Kelly who put her fingers in my husband’s cup. I made her aware of it and she threw the cup away and proceeded to do twice more. We decided to leave. Another issue we encountered was to be seated in the back for the breakfast buffet. We ask if we could get closer seat and was told it was reserved but there were no reserved signs on the closer tables. We asked if we could check out early and get reimburse but we were told we couldn’t get our money back, The next day we get a call from Tammy stated she got a note that we were checking out. I told her since we were unable to get a refund we decided to stay. She asked me to confirm my confirmation number and I told her that if I paid and gave that information during my check in, why would I need to do it again. She then told me u didn’t need to. If the owner is reading this, please see to it that your staff gets training in customer service and take some tips from Marriott which is where my family and I will go next time.
