As a seasoned traveler and a Diamond member with Hilton, I have always held high expectations for the quality of service and accommodations provided by the brand. Unfortunately our family recent experience has been to worse. Upon arrival for check-in at 11:30 PM I was surprised to find that, despite my loyalty status, I was asked to pay for $70 for a room with two double beds. Given the late hour and our planned early departure the next morning, this felt not only inconvenient but also contrary to the level of service we are use to receiving. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and endeavors to restore the quality that Hilton guests expect.

Unfortunately, our experience at the Beverly Hilton was far from what we expected. We booked and paid for our stay in advance, trusting the hotel’s reputation. At check-in, we were asked to provide a security deposit and a credit card as a guarantee. However, even after checking out, additional charges continued to appear on our credit card without any clear explanation. What is most concerning is the lack of communication and the absence of a solution from the hotel. We have repeatedly tried to contact them to understand the reason for these charges and to obtain the appropriate refund, but so far we have received no resolution. We hope the hotel’s management becomes aware of this situation and contacts us as soon as possible to resolve this matter. In the meantime, we strongly recommend that future guests carefully monitor their credit card transactions during and after their stay. A very disappointing experience for a hotel of this category.

Overpriced and not worth it. Room was dirty. $800 per room per night, no value. $90 for icecreme room service. I am in the travel space and have stayed in 5 star hotels around the world. Stay away from this hotel. Waited 20 minutes for my car…. There are many options that are better for less.

Appalling and unacceptable are the only two words to describe the stay here. The hotel was hosting why can only be described as a fraternity party for a bunch of 20/30 year olds complete with pulled fire alarms, people screaming while running down hallways and bass that was causing vibrations in our room. The only thing offered was a move to a different room, which we were promised would have less noise, but to our chagrin, people from the same event were still on our floor and causing severe disturbance that is seemingly sanctioned by the hotel. The hotel front desk was rude and acted as if we should have known in advance about this event (the Bachelor’s Ball) which is not advertised on the hotel website.

I love Hilton Brand of hotels. Always have a good experience. However, valet staff was so incredibly rude and disrepectful to me at the Beverley Hilton when I told them that I was authorized to valet as member of team and attendee of the award ceremony. I lost an hour getting into a very important portion of the pre-event production. Not cool. Improve your customer service and how you speak to your guest. Don't creat high-stress situations that could be resolved with trying to find out what your team did not inform you on. Do better Beverly Hilton. I am debating on whether or not to post the video.
