We’ve been to this resort four times already, and we would happily choose it again. It has a beautiful beach, a great selection of food, and it’s not too large, which makes it feel comfortable and easy to navigate. The staff keep everything very clean and tidy, and we’ve never had any issues like stomach bugs. The main reason we keep coming back is Star Camp. Our child absolutely loves it - he looks forward to it every day and never wants to leave! He even asks to be picked up as late as 8:30 PM. The girls who work there are wonderful. They take their roles seriously and create such a warm, kind, and fun environment, while also maintaining great structure throughout the day. The activities are very well balanced, with a mix of arts and crafts, sports, storytelling, and educational games. They also take the kids for lunch and dinner and sing songs together. Events like pirate day and pajama night, breakfast with character make it even more special. Kimberly, Kimmy, Anna, and Nikki - you are the best!! We return every year, and it truly feels like being among family - people you can fully trust with your child. Thank you so much for providing such amazing childcare and for making every child feel comfortable, valued, and happy. Parents can relax, and kids have an absolutely fantastic vacation!

I'll start with the room not as clean as expected stuff in toilet trash behind dresser but comfortable besides the AC never been to a resort and you can't adjust the thermostat as being a middle age woman needed to be more chilled and can't adjust ceiling fans a no for me. most of the staff were very friendly some not as much Kedean is a superhostess sweet and helpful and I have named a few others that stood out for being friendly and helpful Garshalyn,Brandon,Odain,Cajel So lets get to the food very disappointed being from the states and 5 time coming to Jamaica first time at this resort hardly any Caribbean food daily maybe one dish per breakfast,lunch,dinner,besides kidneys and liver absolutely no caloo and a first the jerk hut food so dry I only ate a little rice. But overall I always love Jamaica may or may not come back to this resort.

A Special Thank You to Cece ❤️ I honestly cannot say enough good things about the entertainment team, but I especially want to mention Cece, because she really made a difference to my holiday. Cece was the very first person from the entertainment team that I met, and from that first interaction, she made me feel so warm, welcome and comfortable. Sometimes it’s the little things that make the biggest difference when you’re away from home, and Cece had such a lovely way of making me feel like I belonged. She went above and beyond to help me with anything and everything I needed. She took the time to explain what was happening around the resort, told me about the activities and always encouraged me to get involved. She made me feel included, valued and never overlooked. What meant so much to me was that her kindness felt genuine. She wasn’t just doing her job — she made me feel that she genuinely cared about whether I was enjoying myself and having a good holiday. There are always people you meet on holiday who you remember, but Cece is definitely one of those people for me. She left such a positive impression that she has genuinely become one of the reasons I would want to return to the resort. Cece is an absolute credit to the entertainment team and a real asset to the resort. I truly hope the management recognise just how special she is and how much of a difference she makes to guests. Thank you, Cece, for your kindness, your warmth, your patience and for making me feel so welcome. I love this place been there 4 times. Waves is always fun with family. This stay was enhanced to the max by Keirah, Kerry Ann, Leroy, Owayne and Whitney also Britney. The lovely ladies at the lobby security and our main man at the lobby bar in the mornings at 6am. When he's not there things are not the same. Barrington was amaIng at check in as well. Thanks Issy and team we will meet again. And lovely Shelly at the waves Lido beds area on beach who saved me when I had that incident with a rude guest

KK from entertainment was absolutely amazing she's a great MC/host very professional at her job.she brings alot of energy and vibe to each and every activity that she does alongside the night entertainment. She is everywhere lol that girl don't rest. Big up to browning at the towel shop she is very good as well and she's always smiling. Love the entertainment here and we will be back for sure.
