Service was great. Shane in the restaurant was very nice and friendly. She made she we had a great morning during breakfast. The front desk staff was nice and friendly. It was my wife birthday and they upgraded our room. (That was very nice of them) over all the resort is wonderful. Will book again.

I had a wonderful experience at the Coral Springs restaurant! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional. A special thank you to Trecia and Brittany, who were outstanding waitresses. They were friendly, attentive, and incredibly prompt throughout our visit, making sure our drinks stayed full and that we had everything we needed. Their positive attitudes, professionalism, and genuine care for their guests made our dining experience truly enjoyable. It’s clear they take pride in providing excellent service. Great food paired with amazing hospitality is a winning combination, and Trecia and Brittany are perfect examples of outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to coming back!

After spending a couple of days at this resort I was most displeased with the service. First their wasn't any bell man available to take my luggage and showed me to my room, secondly the room was musty, the air condition wasn't working, I had to call the front desk to make a report. The room wasn't properly cleaned, the washcloths in the bathroom wasn't changed. There wasn't many options as to food choices. On my final night i decided to eat at the Martha's restaurant, upon arrival I was greeted by Trecia followed by Shemiya, these two young ladies changed my entire experience into a remarkable one. The type of customer service that was bestowed upon me was unforgettable. These two young ladies changed my entire view, I will definitely be coming back because of this experience with these two young ladies. What was a nightmare turned into an unforgettable moment. I do hope that this hotel recognize the contribution that these two young ladies have made, and I do hope that others will emulate and follow suite. These are the type of people we need in this industry. Kudos to Trecia and Shemiya for a wonderful experience.

Teanna’s at the coffee shop customer service is truly exceptional! She is always friendly, pleasant, and makes every customer feel welcome and appreciated. She made a coffee shake for my spouse, and I have to say it was absolutely amazing! Her positive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to providing excellent service really stand out. She genuinely knows how to make her customers happy. Keep up the fantastic work, Teanna!

So if you ever visit Jamaica and stay at the Ocean Coral Resort or is a must that you make sure you make reservations for Sakura restaurant on your 1st day! The food is so delicious and because it's hibachi of course it's cooked fresh in front of you. But let me tell you about the service. Babe our waitress Iesha was on top of her game you hear me! Nothing lacked, service was fast and she kept the drinks coming as fast as you ordered them! Top notch! And Chef Rohan

Our first review, about pool bar, as we will be posting more. We were really looked after by Lamar at the pool bar, he was fantastic! A lovely man, great personality. Brilliant customer service, always gave us drinks with a smile. Made our days by the pool very enjoyable. Works very hard and nothing too much trouble. Thank you so much for looking after us! Very happy guests and will be returning.
