We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The staff truly made our experience exceptional. The restaurant team was beyond amazing, especially Kileesha, Jodi Ann, Sarah and Kerryon, who provided outstanding service throughout our visit. Sean at the front desk was also incredibly helpful and welcoming. There were so many other staff members who contributed to making our stay memorable, and we are grateful for their kindness and professionalism. We look forward to returning in the future!

I just spent my birthday and Mother’s Day weekend with my family at Iberostar Grand Rose Hall Suites. While some staff interactions were not the warmest, there were certain individuals who truly stood out and made our experience memorable. Cedric at Iberostar Grand Rose Hall prestige provided outstanding service throughout our stay. He always ensured our wine selections were available during dinner and consistently went above and beyond to make sure our seating arrangements were taken care of each evening. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made every dining experience enjoyable and seamless. Thank you, Cedric, for your exceptional service and for helping make our vacation so memorable. An honorable mention is Victor Montiel that provided exceptional service. The way he went out of his way to assist and attend to us at all times was truly professional and greatly appreciated. Both staff members were warm, attentive, and dedicated to making our experience enjoyable from beginning to end. Overall, the restaurants and meals were exceptional, and the pools and beaches were absolutely phenomenal. The resort itself was beautiful, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and always kept very clean. Thank you to Cedric, Victor, and the entire staff who helped make my birthday and Mother’s Day celebration so memorable.

Our trip was excellent. We enjoyed ourselves. The staff friendly. Miss doreen by the pool bar made us some good drinks. The waitress in the Asian(don't remember her name) so friendly and always checking in. Our concierge Kenisha treated us well. We will be coming back.

This was our second trip to rosehall and it was even better than the first. Our kids had so much fun at the star camp and water park area. We enjoyed the food. The Greek restaurant was our favorite. The bartenders made us the best drinks. Our concierge Kenisha was so wonderful. Thanks Selections, we will be back.

Thanks Jamaica. Wonderful experience on and off property. Dunns River Falls is a must see. We enjoyed every moment of this vacation and will be back to explore more. Thanks to Kenisha concierge who gave us all information we needed to know. Overall everyone was friendly and the resort is clean and beautiful.

First time to Jamaica and we had a good time. The patties down by the pool, the jerk chicken and pork were so delicious. The environs is beautiful and clean. The music was just right. We loved the fact that we had access to the sister property Waves. Our concierge Kenisha really added a smooth touch to our trip. She was knowleabe about everything on the resort. Everyone here so welcoming and helpful. Jamaica did not disappoint. So happy we decided to stay ay Selections.
