S Hotel is the best hotel in the Caribbean. The staff are mostly responsible for this highly rated small luxurious hotel located conveniently close to the airport. Food and beverages are Grade A - homecooked and small batches. The amenities are plentiful and the rooms have a relaxed elegance which we love. Marlon, Paula, Andre, Andres, and all the terrific servers make everything so easy and wonderful. Thanks for another beautiful vacation!

We recently returned from a 10 night trip to S Hotel. It is truly beautiful, great spot on Doctor's Cave Beach. The number one thing for me was the cleanliness, it is super clean, a massive plus for me, all food and drinks served hygienically and staff continually working to ensure the hotel is maintained to the best standards. A few niggles that leave it falling short of perfection. - Beach/pool towels - these are the exact same towels as your room towels, hence they were removed from our terrace by housekeeping a couple of times. These are on a card swap basis so effectively we had ''lost our towels' However, you can just wander up to the Sky Pool and help yourself to towels so kind of makes the towel card ruling a bit pointless. Speaking of the Sky Pool, it is extremely quiet up there, so much so that we sat for a good couple of hours before anyone bothered to come and serve at the bar. I appreciate it is very quiet but the facility is there and not really staffed appropriately. The restaurants are good and breakfast is especially lovely. I found service a little hit & miss, never bad but sometimes I would say the minimum was done but equally sometimes it was over and above. Please be aware, this is advertised on some UK agencies as adults only, it isn't. Not a problem for us but I do feel the hotel is experiencing a bit of an identity crisis on where it's market lies. To me, it lends itself more to adults only and would need to step up its game for families if that's where it wants to be. At present, it's kind of neither. All this being said, this is a stunning hotel in a great beach location with good food and drinks offerings, good service and top notch cleanliness.

I had such a wonderful experience with S Hotel, and I especially want to mention Margon and Monique, who were both absolutely amazing. From the moment I contacted the hotel, they were so helpful, professional, welcoming, and kind. They made everything feel easy and stress-free, and their customer service really stood out. Margon and Monique were both incredibly attentive and made me feel valued as a guest before I have even arrived. It is clear that they genuinely care about making sure guests have the best possible experience. They answered everything clearly, were very friendly, and gave such a positive first impression of the hotel. The staff at S Hotel seem fantastic overall, and based on the service I have already received, I know my stay is going to be excellent. It is rare to find staff who are both professional and genuinely warm, but Margon and Monique were exactly that. I am really looking forward to staying at S Hotel next week and cannot wait to experience the hotel properly. If the service so far is anything to go by, I am sure it will be a brilliant stay. Thank you to Margon, Monique, and the rest of the team for being so helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Wow where do I even begin. It's highly ranked for a reason. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, clean and well kept. The staff are AMAZING, respectful and attentive! Though its a boutique hotel and not a big resort, we actually liked how intimate it was. The restaurants are soo good, the food, the drinks, the vibes, literally no complaints. My girlfriend and I enjoyed our entire stay. Being a lesbian couple, we felt safe, catered to and cared for. Prime location as its right off the beach, literally not even a minute to get down to the beach. They provide chairs and umbrellas and since it was all inclusive, the drinks being served on the beach added another layer. We selected a King Suite with an ocean view and the room was the perfect size, clean and the air conditioner worked perfectly which is important when staying in Jamaica. During the day, they had fun activities like Karoke, Vollyball in the Pool, Wine Tasting on the Sky Deck and a DJ. And dont worry, the sounds dont carry over into you room. They also have themed nights and fun activities at night. The concierge made sure we did the fun activities that was best suited for us and hired a personal driver to take us around. Honestly for the price we paid, this hotel was well worth it and anytime I go to Montego bay, I will be sure to ALWAYS stay here!

S Hotel Jamaica is a beautiful property in Montego Bay, conveniently located very close to the airport. We especially enjoyed watching the planes approach for landing while sunbathing on the beautiful beach. The rooms are spacious, and most offer stunning oceanfront views. The buffet food was very good, especially on Sundays when they served traditional Jamaican breakfast dishes, which added a wonderful local touch to the experience. The café serves delicious teas, coffees, and smoothies, all complemented by a tempting selection of desserts. The Rum Balls were definitely my favorite. The beach is excellent, with umbrellas and lounge chairs thoughtfully arranged for guests’ comfort. Cocktails are brought right to you for refreshment, and the beautiful turquoise waters create the perfect setting for an unforgettable all-inclusive vacation at S Hotel Jamaica.

5/5 Stars - Exceptional Service and Amazing Food at S Hotel Montego Bay! I recently stayed at S Hotel in Montego Bay and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like family. The Staff: The team at S Hotel is truly world-class. Every single person, from the front desk to housekeeping, was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They greeted us with smiles, remembered our names, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The staff really embody Jamaican hospitality — friendly, attentive, and proud to make your stay special. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them, special thanks to Homroy and Delroy for there continued proffes The Food: The food was outstanding! The culinary team at S Hotel serves a beautiful mix of authentic Jamaican flavors and international dishes. Every meal felt fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Breakfast had everything you could want, and the dinner options were incredible — the jerk chicken, seafood, and local specialties were highlights. The restaurant staff were also very attentive, making dining a relaxing and enjoyable experience every time
