Front desk attendants and everyone on the staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The rooms were perfectly clean and comfortable. The showers were wonderful with plentiful hot water and fragrant shampoos and body wash. The breakfast was an incredible experience with many delicious options and fresh fruits, yogurts and juices. And it’s literally attached to the mall so you can go right out and shop! I would highly recommend staying at this hotel in Panama City.

Pasamos un mes completo en este hotel y la experiencia superó todas nuestras expectativas. La habitación se mantuvo impecable durante toda la estadía, el desayuno siempre fue abundante y variado, y los restaurantes del hotel ofrecen platos realmente memorables. La sopa de carne y la trilogía de tres leches merecen mención especial. También queremos reconocer a Rubén, nuestro mesero durante la mayoría de los días. Su amabilidad, profesionalismo y atención al detalle elevaron aún más nuestra experiencia. Es un verdadero ejemplo de servicio de calidad. Gracias por hacer de nuestra estancia un lugar al que sin duda volveríamos.

Excelente ubicación, me encanta que el hotel esté prácticamente dentro del centro comercial, las habitaciones están impecables, el personal súper eficiente y amable. Cuenta con diferentes restaurantes que ofrecen buena calidad de alimentos, un gym bien equipado y una alberca con una vista imperdible. Se nota que el hotel está bien organizado. Volvería a hospedarme aquí sin pensarlo.

Wonderful staff at this place. We fully enjoyed everything about this hotel. You can roll out of bed, have breakfast, walk 2 minutes and enter the largest mall I've ever been to. Shout out to the bartender, wait staff, super friendly front dest, and fellas that greet you upon entry who show genuine good vibes. Thank you.

4/5 Stars: Great rooms and kind staff, but be prepared for a very slow pace. The hotel gets 4 stars primarily for their "service recovery." After a disastrous breakfast, they comped my lunch and provided a late checkout. The room itself was a fantastic upgrade and everything inside worked perfectly. The staff is genuinely nice, just incredibly slow. The check-in and checkout process lacked any sense of urgency. Even with a 10-minute heads-up, checkout took nearly 25 minutes of waiting. Similarly, simple housekeeping requests like extra water or pillows took over an hour and multiple reminders to fulfill. A major disappointment was the dining availability. The M Lounge was closed for a private event with no notice, and despite the app advertising three restaurants, none were open for food when I arrived. It was very surprising for a hotel of this caliber to have zero immediate food options. Breakfast was the low point. Despite having 20+ staff members visible, most seemed confused or idle. I waited 30 minutes for a simple egg order that was still prepared incorrectly. There were no utensils, no pepper, and a total lack of direction. It felt like a "comedy of errors" rather than a professional service. Ultimately, I would stay here again because the "bones" of the hotel are excellent and the staff is well-intentioned. However, if you are on a tight schedule or expect snappy service, you will find the pace here very frustrating.
