The hotel is dated and in need of a total makeover. Conveniently located next to Multi plaza Shopping Mall, but room and in hotel restaurant leave much to be desired. Although we had a suite, the room was extremely dated. AC control is a near impossibility to operate. The sliding door access to the restroom was inoperable and we could not open the door more than the 10” that had been left that way by housekeeping. We mentioned the same to the reception to address - when we returned to the hotel around 9:30pm we were surprised to find the door disassembled with the door frame on the floor. The mgmt left us a note apologizing and offering to change rooms - had we been there for more than 1 night this might have been an acceptable offer. However we were there for 1 night. I would have expected some bonus points to my Bonvoy account or a credit for this or future stays.

Muy lindo hotel si tu destino es hacer shopping en Multiplaza Las habitaciones son tradicionales bien equipadas no muy amplia y sirven para ir depositando las bolsas luego de varias compras. Así volver a comprar 🤩 mas livianos Desayunado variado con buen servicio y predisposición del personal Hotel recomendable para volver

I have already sent several emails, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any response so far. He will be a guest at Courtyard by Marriott Panama Multiplaza Mall. I would like to ask if the hotel can receive packages (such as Amazon or other online orders) before his arrival and keep them safely until check-in. Could you please kindly inform me: If you accept packages for future guests and if there is any fee per package or per day for storage. For how long you can hold the packages before the guest’s arrival. If there is any limit regarding number of packages, weight or maximum size. How the shipping label should be filled out (for example: guest name, arrival date, reservation number or room type). If there are any restrictions (e.g., electronics, high-value items, deliveries from outside Panama, customs issues). The exact address and format you recommend using for deliveries to ensure correct and fast handling by your team. I kindly ask you to confirm whether this procedure is possible and to inform me of any specific policy or condition I should be aware of. Thank you in advance for your attention and assistance.

Inmejorable ubicación. Excelente atención. Muy cómodo. Gimnasio abierto 24 hs. Pileta super limpia y xon toallones disponibles siempre. Seguro. Lo único le faltaría modernizarlo un poquito.

El hotel es bueno, buena relación costo/beneficio, la atención del personal es buena en general, la ubicación es super estrategica, las habitaciones estan bien, hay un gumnasio (simplon pero cumple), pileta exterior, todo bien !!! Un gran punto de mejora, que en mi caso me fastidio mucho fue que quienes llegan temprano, en nuestro caso 7am (por el vuelo), cosa que le debe suceder a muchos (Entiendo que las habitaciónes normalmente esten disponibles recién después del medio día). Pero en la espera NO incluyen el desayuno, es decir te lo cobran adicional (20USD x persona) como si fueras cualquier peaton que circula por ahi. Es decir, en estos casos te "te hacen sentir que no sos su CLIENTE". En muchisimos hoteles, que por supuesto se demoran también en la entrega de la habitación, te inlcuyen el desayuno como cortesía. Pero bueno, será politica de la empresa..... El resto todo ok, la atención en el mostrador de JOSE, muy buena !!! Muchos Saludos, espero sumar con las sugerencias !!!

La chambre était à 16c lors de l'arrivée, 24h plus tard seulement 21c. Après vérification auprès du staff il semblerait qu'il faille demande à la réception de monter la température. Le thermostat de la chambre n'étant pas réellement utile. Pour ce qui est de l'internet il peut être difficile à utiliser pour les appareils ne pouvant pas ouvrir une page internet pour se connecter. C'est très embêtant. Sinon jolie chambre. La machine est à café aurait pu être de type nespresso cela aurait été plus agréable et plus simple à utiliser
