I am staying at Ramada by Wyndham Panama for 3 nights, and unfortunately my experience has been disappointing. On the first night, I called the front desk three times requesting a toothbrush. Each time I was told it would be sent, but it never arrived. The next morning, the receptionist told me that the hotel does not provide toothbrushes. If I had been informed of this the previous night, I could have purchased one from a nearby store instead of waiting. Today, I requested coffee sachets twice, but again there was no response. Breakfast was another disappointment. The food labels were not in English, making it difficult for international guests to understand what was being served. As a vegetarian, I asked the staff about the ingredients, but they were unable or unwilling to provide an answer. Good service is about communication and responding to guests' requests. Unfortunately, my experience did not match the positive reviews I read before booking. I hope the hotel improves its customer service and provides clearer food labeling for international guests. This version is polite, factual, and likely to be taken seriously by both future travelers and hotel management.

This Hotel is a very nice place to stay. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable and clean. The beds are super comfortable also. The breakfast is plentiful and good. We will stay again.

Great place to stay—beautiful, welcoming, and very safe. The staff were excellent. Everyone I interacted with, including the front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant team, was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. One feature that really amazed me was the floor-to-ceiling glass wall at the end of each hallway. I actually checked, and every floor has one! The panoramic views are absolutely breathtaking and make the hotel feel even more special. While it isn't the closest location to Casco Viejo (the Old City), it took us only about 18 minutes to drive to Tocumen International Airport, which was very convenient. You'll also find everything you need within walking distance of the hotel, including restaurants, shops, and other amenities. I would definitely stay here again.

My stay was great. Staff is awesome. Especially my encounters in the restaurant. You can quickly walk to Multi Plaza (Mall) Friendly events in lobby during my visit.

The hotel was very clean, the rooms were very clean, and so were the bathrooms. The accommodations were nice to have and the pool area was also and added plus as well my experience here was great no complaints at all. I would definitely come back and visit here and we’ll as recommended this Ramada by Wyndham to my friends as well.

• An Unforgettable 4-Week Family Sanctuary! • Overall Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ • Cleanliness & Modern Design: My family and I recently (Dec. 2025-Jan. 2026) completed a month-long stay, and the Ramada Hotel, Punta Pacifica in Panama City. Their commitment to cleanliness was exceptional. Our room was spacious, spotless, and featured a sleek, modern aesthetic that felt fresh every day. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, which is vital for a long-term family stay. Special thanks to Osmara Penn who made sure our room was kept clean and fresh for most of our stay. There were days where we opted out of housekeeping so no fault of hers/any of the other housekeeping team members. The rooms also had a nice mini refrigerator where we were able to keep our drinks and fruits cool. • Safety & Helpful Staff: From the moment we checked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure our family felt secure and well-cared for. We especially want to thank Rafael, Carlos and Josiah for assisting us throughout the course of our stay. These guys were so professional and polite. Knowing there were high safety standards in place allowed us to relax completely during our extended visit. The in-room safe was also a nice touch where we felt comfortable leaving our valuables secured when we went out. • Convenience to Shopping, Dining and The Airport: The location is unbeatable for families/couples or business travelers. Being within walking distance of one of Panama’s nicest malls (Multi Plaza Mall), local convenience stores, variety of nice restaurants, coffee shops, gelato shop and fast-food options made our 4-week stay both convenient and exciting. The ride to and from the airport was about 15 minutes. • Dining – Breakfast Buffet & Restaurant: The daily breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a huge variety of fresh, delicious options including fresh fruit and fruit juices daily that catered to every member of the family. Reuben, Camilo and another young man whose name escapes me at the moment were truly helpful and ensured that we were treated with care. We also frequently enjoyed the in-hotel restaurant - Fontanella, which provided high-quality meals and professional service, making it a reliable and easy choice after a long day of exploring. • Pool & Gym Facilities: The outdoor pool was a relaxing retreat, kept in pristine condition throughout our stay. Meanwhile, the modern, well-equipped gym allowed gave us the option to exercise at our leisure in a clean environment. This hotel truly felt like a second home, and its blend of modern luxury and family-friendly convenience is rare to find for such a long duration. We visited during the Christmas holiday season and the place was so beautifully decorated and felt warm and inviting. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again real soon!
