H10 Cambrils Playa

Este año me he alojado en el hotel . He cogido tres habitaciones, con estancia de más de 10 días y en régimen de pensión completa, por lo que aproximadamente me he dejado en el hotel mas de 10.000e. Creo que el trato hacia los cliente no se mide por dinero , pero aun así quiero recalcar el trato nefasto dado por parte del departamento de recepción, y concretamente de (hellen), nada más llegar . Me asigna habitación, con tres camas cuando somos 2 personas , bajo a recepción acomunicar ya que una tercera cama me resta espacio en la habitación. Y en vez de poner solución de manera amable llo que hace es enfrentarse, a mi y hablarme en tono chulesco. Cosa que por supuesto no tolere, (creo que esta persona no puede estar de cara al público y menos en el departamento de lrecepcion) fue humillante el trato que nos dio nada mas llegar , (por cierto pretendio hacer la misma jugada a mis familiares que llegaban al dia siguiente )exigí cambio de habitación. Al hacer el cambio , descubrimos que el WiFi del hotel va a menos del 30% en una parte del hotel. (Increíble para un hotel de 4 estrellas ) vuelvo a bajar a comunicarlo, ya que mi estancia era de 17 días. No íbamos a estar todo ese tiempo sin WiFi, pedi hablar con pilar la directora del hotel , y otra recepcionista (ina) se puso a la defensiva con nosotros. Nos extraño bastante de (ina) porque la conocíamos ya del año pasado.. El trato fue en tono chulesco, y a la defensiva finalmente conseguimos hablar con Pilar la directora del hotel , que muy amablemente nos atendió y escucho ,y soluciono todos buestros problemas GRACIAS PILAR , eres fantástica. Y gracias también a las chicas de la limpieza, (fatima, patricia , y todas sois de 10. También al departamento de comedor ( maika ect . Y al chico joven socorrista de la piscina , sigue así. Y a mantenimiento , (antonio) eres el mejor .Otro detalle muy feo , es que a la llegada nos dieron 2 gafas de cartón para el eclipse . Yo perdi una accidental. Y fui a recepción a pedir otras y me las negaron, feo detalle la verdad. Por parte de (ana) . Aún así No volveremos solo por el mal sabor de boca que nos produjo el incidente con esta persona ( Hellen )a mi llegada. Nos sentimos humillados de como nos trato, Creo que el cliente tiene que sentirse comodo en unas vacaciones y que no se les trate mal en ningun momento y menos el primer día. REITERO LAS GRACIAS A PILAR. sino hubiese sido por ella . Seguro nos hubiésemos ido y exigido mi reembolso ya que miramos el hotel que estaba enfrente para hacer el cambio. Para nosotros lo más importante es el factor satisfacción, no económico.

Relación calidad-precio está bastante bien. El personal de recepción es muy amable y siempre están dispuestos a ayudar. La limpieza de las habitaciones no es la mejor, este punto deberían revisarlo. Las zonas comunes están bien, aunque apenas las utilizamos ya que estamos todo el día en la playa. Solo desayunamos en el hotel, el desayuno esta bien

A great value hotel that has a lot to offer to make your stay a special one ! .The hotel is cleaned throughout to a very high standard & it's premises & grounds , pool area etc are very well maintained & it's atmosphere is tranquil & relaxing , even in the heights of summer , as the hotel is quite spacious & one can always find there own special seat , table & chair in the restaurant or perhaps dine on the hotels alfresco terrace , which is very pleasant in the warmer summer months . The pool area has plenty of sunbeds & is astroturfed , which feels very good underfoot & it has a lifeguard on duty @ all time's of the pool opening hours for your families safety ! . The bar area is well furnished & the decor is a modernist inspired , with a ceramic wall feature very reminiscent of the 1960s pop art era & the colours blue & turquoise along with natural wood tones add to a very relaxing & tranquil atmosphere , the ideal place for that special holiday cocktail ! or even a good cup of coffee , as most drinks are available here @ the lounge bar , plus full drinks to table service is included ! , you can order @ the bar should you wish it's up to you , but I'm sure you will enjoy being pampered & enjoy being waited on ! . The restraunt has a good selection of international cuisine on offer & it has a good selection of meats , fish & seafood & vegetarian food all prepared & presented to a very high standard . LASTLY BUT NOT LEAST ! , the staff here really do go that little bit extra here @ this hotel to make everyones stay a special one ! , I can honestly recommend this hotel as it offers good levels of service great drinks & dining opportunities , plus good standards of accommodation & it's location ! , Which is only a two minute walk from the beach & it also has a bus stop situated a minute walk away , ideal for those who like to explore whilst on holiday . I'm sure should you visit the H10 Cambrils playa hotel you will enjoy the H10 experience ! & Possibly return again , like so many that visit ! , I know I will can only recommend ! .

Over all a good place, breakfast was ok except the beans, cold every morning and we get up early, they had these amazing chocolate pastries I loved too. Bar staff very friendly, receptionists average but the entertainers are polite friendly and funny, I’d go again just to watch them have fun. There was an odd smell around every now and then that had a bit of a sewer smell but other than that a decent hotel decent food and decent beds.

Was inprincipe een fijne vakantie. Kamer niet groot, wel prima. Tijdens onze vakantie zijn de bedden helaas niet verschoond, verder werd er weinig schoongemaakt. Eten zag er altijd netjes en proper uit, wel bijna elke avond hetzelfde en helaas vaak lauw/koud. Hotel is heel gehorig, werden vaak ‘s ochtends vroeg wakker door kinderen op de gang en deuren die dicht werden geslagen. Zwembad was goed, en groot. Handdoekje leggen werd er veel gedaan, werd wel wat op gehandhaafd maar niet veel. Locatie is prima als je van een rustige omgeving houdt, supermarkt op 10 minuten lopen en verder weinig (goede) restaurantjes in de buurt. Personeel spreekt eigenlijk alleen maar Spaans, Engels probeerde ze eigenlijk ook niet echt. Vooral in het restaurant en receptie. Er zitten veel gezinnen in het hotel, wij als stel zouden hier niet meer naar terug gaan.
