The thing I will miss the most from my 10 night stay at the Hilton is the breakfast experience. It was an absolute highlight, made even better by the incredible hospitality from Edilsa, Angelo, and Roderick. Their energy and professionalism elevated the entire experience. The breakfast spread was outstanding with so many fresh and delicious choices. Exceptional service like this is what people remember most. Huge thanks to the staff for making our mornings so enjoyable.

We have been several times the last 3 years and have always enjoyed our stay. Jaidy who works in the restaurant during the breakfast hour is always WONDERFUL!! She has so much affection for my son and provides great service. Another female worker (so sorry I can’t remember her name but it starts with an “S”) is always very friendly and helpful! There have been some problems with my room but everything else was great.

Our stay at the Hilton Panama was wonderful, but what truly made it unforgettable was the incredible staff. The team at Emotions Restaurant put on an amazing live show that made dinner feel like a celebration. The entertainment, atmosphere, and hospitality were all exceptional. However, the true stars of our trip were Isamor, Gloria, and Edilsa at the Society Café. Every morning during our included breakfast buffet, they welcomed us with genuine hugs, warm smiles, and kindness that made us feel like family rather than hotel guests. Traveling with our twins—especially while our daughter was in Panama receiving stem cell treatments—came with its own emotional challenges. Isamor, Gloria, and Edilsa went above and beyond to make each morning a little brighter. They remembered the little things that meant so much: bringing the twins their straws and French fries without us even asking, checking on our daughter to see how she was feeling after her treatments, and always making sure our family had everything we needed. Their compassion, attentiveness, and genuine care turned breakfast into something we looked forward to every single day. It’s rare to meet people who make such a lasting impact in such a short time, but these three incredible women did exactly that. Thank you to everyone at Hilton Panama for your outstanding hospitality, and an extra heartfelt thank you to Isamor, Gloria, and Edilsa. You made a difficult week feel lighter and filled our mornings with love, comfort, and kindness that we’ll never forget. We can’t wait to come back.

Tuve una excelente experiencia junto a mi familia. Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía, las instalaciones son muy cómodas y el ambiente es tranquilo. Incluso pudimos ver el juego y pasar un momento muy agradable. ¡Muchas gracias a la señora Anaís por su excelente atención, amabilidad y hospitalidad! Sin duda volveremos.

Tuve la oportunidad de visitar hoy el hotel en especial , La Fondita junto a mi familia y pasamos un momento muy agradable. Disfrutamos de un delicioso almuerzo en un ambiente acogedor y familiar. Quiero destacar especialmente la excelente atención de la señora Anaís, quien nos atendió con mucha amabilidad, haciendo que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más bonita. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveremos. ¡Muy recomendado!

Nuestra experiencia en el Hilton Panama fue excelente. El hotel cuenta con una ubicación privilegiada, instalaciones cómodas, habitaciones bien equipadas y un personal muy amable. Quisiera agradecer especialmente a Ángelo y Mónica, quienes nos atendieron de manera excepcional durante el desayuno. Siempre fueron muy amables, atentos, serviciales y dispuestos a ayudarnos, haciendo que nuestras mañanas fueran aún más agradables. Viajamos con nuestra hija y nos sentimos acogidos y muy bien atendidos durante toda nuestra estancia. Felicitaciones a todo el equipo por el excelente servicio. ¡Recomendamos este hotel sin ninguna duda!
