We stayed one night in this hotel and I can say it was the absolute worst hotel experience we have ever had. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to change to this hotel at the last minute and we were running late for an event. The staff at the front desk were so unhelpful and obviously couldn’t care less or want to be there. I was told that we had to book through booking.com even though when I called they said I could book at the front desk. We were then told of an air-con issue, my mother who was with me is severe asthmatic so this would be an issue and there solution was to go to another hotel up the road! We reluctantly booked with them as other nearby hotels were full. We were then told we had to wait for the booking to come through for half an hour, we had to leave our bags as we were late for our event. The staff at the front desk were so rude and did not help at all. When mentioning the air con, the guy proceeded to say it was fixed and left the desk to go get a fan, thinking it was for us as we had just spoke about air con, he said no it was for him cause he was hot! The air con was not fixed so we had to call down and then a fan was finally brought to us but it barely worked. The room amenities were the only saving grace as they were nice. Then the worst point, in the morning, a maintenance man came into the room without knocking when we were not dressed and spoke about the air con!!! When we reported this to the lady downstairs there was an apology but no mention of anything else. They do not take guest care/ safety seriously. Would never go back!

Nossa experiência neste hotel foi extremamente decepcionante! Durante nossa estadia, Londres enfrentava uma onda de calor com sensação térmica próxima de 40°C, e o sistema de ar-condicionado do hotel não funcionava. O quarto parecia uma verdadeira sauna, tornando impossível permanecer no ambiente por muito tempo e praticamente impossível dormir durante a noite. O mais frustrante foi a postura da equipe. Em diversas ocasiões recebemos informações contraditórias e fomos informados de que o problema seria resolvido, mas nenhuma solução efetiva foi apresentada. A falta de transparência e de comunicação clara apenas aumentou nossa frustração. Além disso, a academia estava fora de funcionamento e houve falta de toalhas no quarto, demonstrando falta de organização e atenção aos hóspedes. Esperávamos muito mais de um hotel dessa categoria. Em um período de calor extremo, oferecer quartos sem ar-condicionado funcionando e sem uma solução adequada é inaceitável. Ficamos com a sensação de total descaso com o conforto e o bem-estar dos hóspedes. Infelizmente, não recomendamos este hotel e certamente não voltaríamos.

We just stayed at the Dorsett Hotel in Shepherd's Bush and had a very positive experience overall. On arrival, we were initially assigned a room with a large bed instead of the two single beds, and there was also a slight smell in the room. After mentioning this to reception, the staff were incredibly polite, understanding, and helpful. They arranged a room change very quickly, and we were extremely pleased with the second room. It was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our stay. The customer service throughout our visit was excellent. We weren’t rushed to return the key cards from the first room, and when we accidentally locked our key cards inside our room later on, the staff resolved the issue promptly and without any fuss. Another great touch was the hotel kindly storing my suitcase for a few hours after check-out, allowing me to enjoy the afternoon without having to carry my luggage around. This was especially convenient given the hotel’s fantastic location. Westfield London is only around a five-minute walk away, making it ideal for shopping, and Shepherd’s Bush Market Tube Station is also very close by, providing easy access to the rest of London. The price was very reasonable considering the location, quality of the rooms, and level of service provided. We felt it offered excellent value for money. The only minor criticism I would mention is that I wish the rooms had windows that could be opened slightly to allow some fresh air into the room. This wasn't a major issue, but it would have made our stay slightly more comfortable. Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable, reasonably priced, and well located, but what really stood out was the helpful and professional staff, who ensured that any issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. I would happily stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were extremely satisfied with the overall service. A very special thanks to Abdell, who was exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive during our stay. His warm welcome, positive attitude, and genuine care for guests truly made a difference and made us feel at home from the very beginning. Abdell is a real asset to the hotel. The reception team was also very friendly and welcoming. Twinkle was especially lovely with our baby, always smiling, caring, and very sweet with our little one, which we deeply appreciated as parents. The atmosphere of the hotel was warm and pleasant, and the staff made our experience even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back again!

Lo mejor es el lobby del hotel, lo demás en mi opinión personal es muchísimo mejorable. Es la 2 vez en 1 semana que tengo que quedarme en el hotel, a parte de otras veces que ya estuve porque mi empresa lo reserva. La semana pasada había una rata en mi habitación y tristemente no he logrado sacar una foto. Ahora mismo es verano y el aire acondicionado no funciona (nunca funcionó), las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y hace que sienta mucho más el calor, sin ventanas que se puedan abrir para entrar algo de aire. Algo bueno es que en los pasillos hay agua potable que se puede llenar una botella para tomar. El desayuno está bien también, no me puedo quejar de eso. Pero en cuanto a descansar en la habitación es imposible, es un horno horrible!

Hôtel très bien situé pour un séjour de quelques jours à Londres ( métro à 5min à pieds, et centre ville et points d'intérêt à 30min de transports). Les chambres sont propres et bien équipées bien que quelque peu vieillissantes. Le calme et la tranquillité sont appréciés. Petit déjeuner de bonne qualité, qui gagnerait à être amélioré par un diversité un peu plus grande des produits proposés pour les clients séjournant plusieurs jours.
