Spent 2 nights at the hotel. Rooms nice, bed mattresses abit hard. Cons: the hair dryer in the bathroom started to smoke in my hand and cut out. Checked the unit over. Exposed wires in a bathroom. Reported it didn’t seem to worry them. Although it worried me. Grout and seals abit mouldy in shower unit. Had a bath and it wouldnt drain. Plug was stuck so had to leave the bath full. Again reported. The buffet full English breakfast was cold on both days. Ordered room service in the 2nd night as we had a very busy day. Only had 2 sandwiches and fries and 3 x cokes and water. The chips were cold when it arrived. it hurt to pay the £93:00 price tag. Food way over priced. We chose this hotel as we were going to the Chelsea flower show for our 30th wedding anniversary. We did have rose petals left on our bed when we arrived and I thought it was gonna be a great weekend. Show was brilliant but the hotel let the weekend down. We did mention it all to the reception again when we checked out and we got a we are really sorry. Still no concerns for any of our concerns. Not sure about anyone’s experience and but very disappointed. Reception staff were smiley and lovely and the bar staff were friendly. Cant say so much for the breakfast staff. No smiles or engagement. Hotel let us down considering we paid nearly £520 for the 2 nights.

Four of us stayed in a two bed suite just for one night, we didn’t really use any of the amenities but the rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds. As we were celebrating a special birthday they provided some cake which was lovely. The staff were exceptional, especially the gentleman on reception at check-in, unfortunately I didn’t get his name. I would highly recommend the hotel for a visit to the power station it’s very convenient. Will definitely stay again!

A wonderful hotel with an excellent experience overall. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The service was outstanding, and the room cleaning was excellent with great attention to detail. The reception team was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Ahmed, who provided exceptional service with great professionalism and kindness. The location is also excellent. The neighborhood is clean and pleasant, and the area is wonderful with easy access to everything. There is a bus and train station nearby, making transportation very convenient, and a new shopping mall is also close to the hotel. A fantastic stay, and I highly recommend this hotel.

I was extremely disappointed with our stay at Pestana Chelsea Bridge Hotel. We booked a Deluxe King room, but the experience fell far below expectations. The service was incredibly poor from start to finish. There was no bellboy service, and whenever we requested anything, it either never arrived or we had to chase multiple times. We asked for bottled water (and were happy to pay for it), but despite calling reception 4–5 times, no one brought it. The same happened when we requested ice. Every time we called, it felt like we were speaking to a different person, with no communication or follow-through between staff. The room itself was uncomfortably hot. The housekeeping standards were also disappointing. There were two of us staying in the room, yet we were only provided with one large bath towel. There were no hand towels, face towels, second bath towel, bath mat, slippers or robes, despite these being listed as part of the room amenities. We repeatedly requested the missing items, but they were never brought to our room. The hairdryer in the bathroom was also very low powered and barely usable. The in-room dining menu was another let-down. There was no coffee available to order and only two or three food items on the menu, offering very little choice for guests. Overall, the worst part of our stay was the lack of service. The excessive heat in the room, combined with staff repeatedly failing to provide basic amenities that were advertised and requested several times, made for a very frustrating experience. Unfortunately, this was not the standard I expected, and I would not choose to stay here again.

Deepak at the bar and a lovely lady also at reception recognised our celebration and not only we’re hospitable but also very welcoming and accommodating which was at a level of perfection that I have only experienced at this lovely hotel and would always recommend this hotels hospitality to everyone and anyone wanting to stay in this area. What a great birthday I have enjoyed and experienced today with the Astana Chelsea bridge hotel…..!

Staff at the bar were superb friendly and gave a first class service throughout my stay. A huge thank you to nusha & Mohammed and Deepak who went out their way to ensure we were well looked after I couldn’t ask for better treatment from these amazing people. 10/10 all day long !
