I was very disappointed with my stay at Be Live Experience Marrakech and unfortunately would not choose to stay here again. The biggest issue was the pool area. The pool is far too small for the number of guests staying at the hotel, so it was constantly overcrowded. There are also nowhere near enough sunbeds, meaning unless you get there very early, you have little chance of finding somewhere to relax. The bar service was another major let-down. There are not enough bar staff to cope with the number of guests, which results in long queues, and I found several members of the bar team to be rude and unfriendly. The food was also very disappointing. The selection was limited and became repetitive very quickly. On one morning, there were still around 30 minutes left of the breakfast service, yet several items had already run out. When I asked if they would be replenished, I was told no, despite breakfast still being open. That is simply not the level of service I expect from an all-inclusive hotel. I was also disappointed that the hotel did not appear to enforce a clear swimwear policy in the pool. Personally, I would prefer all guests to wear appropriate swimming attire for hygiene and comfort. Overall, I left feeling very unhappy with my stay. Between the overcrowded facilities, lack of sunbeds, poor food selection, disappointing service, and the hotel's overall management of guest facilities, I do not feel this hotel offers good value for money and would not recommend it.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour du 20 au 29 dans cet hôtel. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour l’accueil et la gentillesse tout au long de nos vacances. Merci particulièrement à Houssam, Achraf, Youssef et Ayman pour leur professionnalisme et leur bonne humeur, l’équipe du bar qui nous a préparé de très bonnes boissons chaque jour. Un grand merci aussi aux maîtres d’hôtel Abdelhadi, Mehdi et Amine pour leur service attentionné, toujours souriants et à l’écoute. Nous remercions également l’équipe d’animation avec chef Zikou, pour leur énergie, leur ambiance et les activités qui ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable et amusant. Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Be Live?…more like Be Annoyed… Probably understaffed, which may explain a lot of of their criticisms below 1) was a mission to get some water bottles in the room, even after phoning reception -could take over an hour or so to get some bottles by that time you may have left the room and therefore may have to request again 2) room basics like replacing soap and toilet rolls needed chasing 3) towels get taken away for cleaning early in the morning Asif no one else has a shower in the daytime 4) beach towels require a £20 per towel deposit which is refunded on checkout 5) swimming pool is definitely tiny for the number of guests there 6) restaurant more like a school canteen with further annoyance there with lack of spoons, waiter service frustrating due to them being overworked. 7) food quantity is fine but the quality is poor.. lots of tasteless tagines. .. they need to vary it with other cuisines like Indian or Chinese 8) à la carte restaurant available but difficult to book kept getting told to come back repeatedly 9) location is in the remote desert so better in mind 10) Taxi is booked separately not linked to the hotel are much better value 11) most western traveller will pick up some sort of stomach bug in Marrakesh not sure if we picked it up from the previous Riad we stayed in or eating in the Medina or at this hotel On a positive note We had a duplex room which was quite economical for families with two children. There are two bathrooms. Kids enjoyed the entertainment in the evening. Pool snack bar is very useful with a reasonable quality food especially for kids. Free coach to Medina and back but needs booking day before with not much flexibility. Overall, I would recommend it if you are on a real budget as it compares favourably in terms of price. Duplex Room extra value. if you are expecting Dubai standards, then expect to be disappointed, but if you are used to the Mediterranean style all inclusive, then you’ll be fine.

We had a wonderful experience at the à la carte restaurant. The food was excellent, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The cocktail selection was also fantastic, with plenty of great choices. A special mention to Zina, the restaurant manager in the evening. Her organization is truly outstanding, and she makes sure everything runs smoothly. She is always welcoming, kind, and has such a wonderful smile that makes guests feel very comfortable and appreciated. The dining areas are clean and well maintained, and the air conditioning makes the atmosphere very pleasant. Overall, an excellent restaurants in the evninh and in the morning if zina works in the morning ,with great food, excellent service, and a wonderful team. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing experience at Be Live! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and looked after us throughout our stay. The entertainment was fantastic every day and every evening, with plenty of fun activities and great shows that kept everyone engaged. A special mention goes to the entertainment team, who were energetic, friendly, and worked incredibly hard to make every guest feel included. They truly made our holiday unforgettable. The bar staff were also outstanding—always cheerful, attentive, and serving excellent cocktails with a smile. The drinks were delicious, and the service was consistently top-notch. Overall, Be Live exceeded our expectations. Great entertainment, amazing cocktails, and a wonderful team of staff made this a holiday to remember. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!

Je ne préfères pas mettre de commentaire car très déçu du service clientèle. Peux de temps après avoir réservé mon séjour le site à été modifié et plus possible d’accéder à mon compte pour télécharger ma facture. Lors du check-out on m'a dit que la facture serait envoyé par mail (A ce jour rien reçu). J'ai envoyé 2 mails de relance et toujours rien. Donc bien que le séjour fut agréable je préféré ne mettre qu'une étoile car je n'ai toujours pas ma facture acquittée
