We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The service was warm, attentive, and consistently professional from the moment we arrived. The staff made us feel welcome and were always ready to help with any request. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained, with thoughtful touches that made the stay feel special. We especially appreciated the evening turndown service, including the beautifully prepared beds, which added a refined and relaxing touch at the end of each day. Overall, the hotel provided a wonderful combination of comfort, hospitality, and attention to detail. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it.

I had a wonderful one-night stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent , from the cleanliness and comfort of the room to the overall atmosphere. Clients de longue date à cet hôtel et au groupe Accor, nous sommes toujours heureux de revenir et trouver nos équipes préférées. La gentillesse et la serviabilité de l équipe du pt dej toujours aux petits soins , l accueil et le professionnalisme de Martin à la réception vendredi 28 août soir . Le succulent repas de samedi soir réalisé par le chef cuisinier Nicolas, plat simple ,léger et raffiné accompagné d un excellent service de l équipe restaurant/bar. Et comme d habitude, l aide de Nam et Simon durant nos allées-venues! Cela a ,comme chaque fois, contribué à la réussite de notre week end…

J’ai été super bien accueilli par Nora qui était à l’accueil du guest relations et qui a été de très bon conseil et je suis donc restée au restaurant 1040 du Sofitel . J’ai pris le tartare qui était excellent, le vin était très bon.. Nora est venue voir si tout allait bien,, elle a été vraiment d’un service irréprochable et vraiment sympathique . Ça mérite les 5 étoiles à tous les niveaux

Me hospedé en este hotel gracias a la experiencia Global Journey de Tomorrowland y fue un completo acierto. La cama fue lo que más amé, luego de haber estado en el festival solo quería descansar y les juro que es muy cómoda. Todos los días nos limpiaban la habitación, muchísimas gracias al equipo de Housekeeping 🥰 el equipo de desayuno era muy amable y habían personas que hablaban español, fue genial. El desayuno era bastante bueno ✨ Gracias a todo el equipo por hacer de mi experiencia algo increíble, espero volver el otro año 🎶

Rooms: spacious but design looks more like a service apartment than a 5 star hotel Service: restaurant staff at breakfast was topnotch and welcoming. Lady during check in reception looked unfriendly and uninspired. Had issues with my key every single day and it was only replaced on the last day of my stay which was very disruptive as I had to reset it daily at the front desk. Location: not near to train/metro stations but in a nice peaceful location. The square at the front of hotel had multiple dining options Overall and average stay, falls short of a 5-star experience
