הגענו לאמסטרדם לפני הפסטיבל טומרולנד סגרתי את המלון לשני לילות + לילה אחד שהגענו לצק איין לשני הלילות הראשונים הפקיד קבלה מצא שיש לנו שתי הזמנות והציע לשמור לנו על הציוד עד שנחזור מהפסטיבל זאת הייתה ההצעה הכי גאונית שיש!! כי זה חסך לנו המון סבל עם הציוד שקנינו באמסטרדם שחזרנו ללילה האחרון הפקיד קבלה זיהה אותנו קיבלנו ממנו ממש יחס מדהים אני לא זוכרת את השם שלו אבל אם מישהו מהמלון קורא את זה שתדעו שהוא היה ממש אדיב ואנחנו נחזור ונמליץ על המלון הזה בגללו לגבי החדרים אני שילמתי על חדר טיפה יותר רחב לדעתי לא מלון שמתאים אם רוצים להתפנק כי החדרים לא גדולים הייתרון זה המעלית יש המון מלונות ללא מעלית *רק לדעת שיש בכניסה מדרגות צרות פחות מתאים לנגישות במקרה הזה לדעתי מיקום אם אתם לא אנשים שהולכים לדאם ויותר מבלים בטבעת האחרונה מוזיאונים פארק וונדל אזור רמברנט זה מקום מעולה

There were a number of flight cancellations yesterday due to the storms so as i had stayed at this hotel for the past few days i thought it would be best to return to this hotel as we initially had good service . It was around 1am and the doors were locked and I rand the bell and the night duty person was already rude and abrupt saying they have no occupancy which eas not a problem so I asked him will it be possible to come in as I was a guest here on the same day just to charge phones and see if any other available hotels and he was even more rude and abrupt and said i can't help . What appaling service i will never return to the hotel again as a guest and might i add my initial booking was also part of a corporate account . You are in the hospitality industry I'm sure you can do basic customer service or just be human , very disappointed I have to add that it was pouring rain and I booked uber your boutique hotel down the road and even though the did not have occupancy the reception staff were very accommodating, maybe your night staff should go there for training... terrible

We booked a non-refundable room directly on the hotel’s website for 3 nights, three months in advance, without breakfast. The room was small but quiet, and the hotel is in a good location. When we arrived, we noticed that the exact same room with breakfast was more than 150€ cheaper on Booking.com for the same dates. That’s a huge difference for just 3 nights. At check-in, breakfast was offered to us for 25€ per person. On the first morning, we spoke with the receptionist and asked if anything could be done (or if we could cancel the remaining nights). Manager wasnt there and they only offered a discounted breakfast rate of 18€ per room. Later they gave us free breakfast for 2 out of the 3 nights. If we had paid for it, we would have been very disappointed — the selection was very limited. We also did not receive the room upgrade that was promised to first-time guests. The windows were closed, yet there were mosquitoes in the room at night. WTH? We received dozens of mosquito bites on my head and our arms. I believe the mosquito net on the window ventilation opening was either missing or broken. This is not something I would expect from a over 200€ per night city hotel.

It’s not the mistakes it’s how you deal with them..1. Day one safe isn’t working. And can’t be fixed until tomorrow. 2. Day 1 safe said to be fixed but now gives a different error. 3. Day safe fixed. Day 4. Safe gives same error as day 1. At the same time the clock and phone in the room is not working. The hooks on the wall are falling out. Several towels and linens have stains. Asked for cleaning day 2. No toilet paper refill, no cleaning of shower door. Ask for cleaning day 3 specifically asking for toilet paper in a full lobby. Come back after a long day with no cleaning done. Had to go down in reception to ask for it. Also no cleaning of less visible surfaces behind the doors etc

We stayed here for four nights and it was slightly better than okay. The rooms are very tight, but I note that we did purchase the cheapest room. The sink is outside of the bathroom and the bathroom itself is quite small. The shower wall facing the room is translucent so the person in the room can see an outline of the person showering. Something to consider if you are not going with your partner. The room had no air circulation and air conditioning isn’t turned on until May, so the room was quite hot and we kept the window open the whole night. Weekend nights are loud since the hotel is against a busy road. There was honking through 3am. The location is great, walkable to everything and close to the museums. Took about 35 minutes to get to/from the airport. I would say it’s a decent stay for the price, but I wouldn’t call it a 4 star hotel.

We visited here for four nights recently in one of the Comfort Rooms with a double bed. Just to get the negatives out of the way, the room was much smaller than advertised. Example photos of the room show it has enough room for a table and room to pass at the foot of the bed. In our room there was only about 2ft on either side of the bed. The room was very cramped. The bathroom was also smaller than example photos and only had one shampoo/soap option as opposed to two items like the photos. The biggest issue was that there is simply no room for suitcases to be open without them either being on the bed itself, or in the hallway blocking the door. For the positives, the location is incredible if your journey is more museum/food focused. It was such a short walk to 90% of the things we wanted to do, it was perfect for us. The service was great. The one time we needed something they were prompt in helping without fuss. Overall we probably would stay here again but just hope we get a different room, surely they exist somewhere as there's photos of them! The hotel should more clearly differentiate between rooms as I paid the same price as a full sized room, mine probably should have been priced lower.
