Very clean hotel. 20 min tram ride to the centre. Staff excellent, breakfast buffet fantastic. Only slight gripe was the bathroom. The bathroom itself was gorgeous but only a glass door that doesn't actually shut like a traditional door, so you can here EVERYTHING your room mate is doing, I mean EVERYTHING so you'd better know them well! Once inside the room no noise from the rest of the hotel which is great. Comfy beds

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at WestCord Fashion Hotel Amsterdam from September 1st to 3rd, 2026, and could not have asked for a better experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome and well taken care of. The reception staff were extremely kind, helpful, and professional. They were always available whenever we needed something and took the time to answer our questions and give us useful information. Their attention to guests really made a difference and made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was perfect. It was spacious, comfortable, modern, and very well maintained. Everything was clean and organized to a very high standard. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent, and we could immediately tell that a lot of attention is paid to keeping the rooms and common areas in great condition. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were soft and pleasant, which made it very easy to relax after a long day exploring Amsterdam. Having a comfortable bed is something we really appreciate when travelling, and the hotel definitely exceeded our expectations in this regard. Another highlight of our stay was the atmosphere of the hotel. Everything felt modern, elegant, and welcoming without being too formal. We especially loved the panoramic bar, where you can enjoy a beautiful view over Amsterdam. It was a fantastic place to relax, have a drink, and admire the city from above. The view was absolutely beautiful, especially in the evening. The location was also very convenient for us, making it easy to explore Amsterdam while still allowing us to return to a quiet and comfortable hotel at the end of the day. Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay . The combination of excellent cleanliness, comfortable rooms, wonderful beds and pillows, friendly and attentive reception staff, and the beautiful panoramic bar made our experience truly special. We would definitely recommend WestCord Fashion Hotel Amsterdam to anyone visiting the city. We had a fantastic stay and would be very happy to come back in the future!

Really nice hotel with super friendly staff. We stayed here for three days and enjoyed it. Room was quite clean and bed was comfortable. Location-wise, it isn't in the city center of course but you can take tram 17 and will be there in 15 minutes. The only drawback is parking costs! Come one! 35 €/night?! You can do better than that! I didn't reduce rating because of that but please reduce it. Highly recommended overall.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wij hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad bij WestCord Hotel. Alles was netjes, comfortabel en de sfeer was erg gastvrij. Een speciale dank gaat uit naar Manuela. Haar vriendelijkheid, professionele houding en oprechte aandacht maakten echt het verschil. Ze nam de tijd om ons te helpen en zorgde ervoor dat we ons direct welkom voelden. Dankzij haar uitstekende service werd ons verblijf nog aangenamer. We komen zeker graag nog eens terug. Bedankt, Manuela, voor je geweldige inzet!

I was there for a training, not as a tourist, and the hotel suited that purpose well. The location is quiet, canal paths are nearby for a walk or morning run, and there are plenty of restaurants in the area. The room was spacious with a large bed, a Nespresso machine, a bathroom with toiletries, and a separate toilet. The window opens, the Wi-Fi is fast. Minor signs of wear here and there, but overall clean and comfortable. The meeting room was modern and generously sized, with an anteroom stocked with coffee and snacks throughout the day. Lunch in the bistro was good – pizza, burgers, salads, some local specials such as croquettes and a daily soup, freshly prepared. The sauna was closed due to renovation, unfortunately. There is also a spa and gym, but I did not make use of either. A tram stop is a few minutes on foot, airport and central station reachable in under 30 minutes by Uber or Bolt. The main sights require a tram ride, but that was never the point of the trip in my case. Overall a nice stay for a training session where meeting room and hotel are conveniently in the same venue!
