Great place for a staycation or vacation. Staff are friendly and attentive. Rooms were very clean and well appointed. Bar staff in 1887 just need to use a bit if common sense when dealing with tourists. I asked for a particular drink and then pointed to the bottle. This lead to a conversation that alluded to only getting the drink if I was having a cocktail. Then there was no cocktail with the drink in! Would go back for the quality of food and service, as well as the villa area I stayed in.

What a great place to stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful! Everyone we walked passed greeted us with a smile and a hello. The Italian restaurants food was okay. The carriage house and bakery was very good. The general store had everything you could think of. The pools were clean and had plenty of seating. You could literally go to Barbados and not leave The Crane. They had everything. They do a BBQ with entertainment....going to this is so worth it. It was fun and the food was chefs kiss. The vendors there were amazing and not pushy at all. I had nice cream almost every night at the bakery....yummy!! They have little events going on every day. A pool table. Live music every night. The rooms are so cute and the beds are comfy. What ana amazing vacation.

Not impressed at all. Went June 23 to 27. The pictures make it look nicer than it is. We booked one of the better suits with a private plunge pool. Room was absolutely beautiful dont get me wrong but the shower had black mold on the walls. The pool had a piece of a blonde weeve stuck in the infinite section of the pool. The restaurants were mediocre and over priced. It was all cheap American food. No events, no thrills happening. The beach was filled with seaweed that they tried to manage but couldn't. Over priced resort! Definitely do things outside of the resort. Be aware nothing is near this resort!!! The employees were very nice and outstanding!!! I was just expecting more for what I paid.

We booked a Deluxe Suite with a 28-foot pool, and our stay was wonderful from start to finish. Originally arriving for a funeral but the room made us very happy. The room was beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained, and the pool was spotless and very enjoyable. Shaquan checked us in and provided a warm, professional welcome. We were greeted with a delicious rum punch, which was a great start to our vacation. Afterward, Dale, the bar manager, took the time to give us a tour of the property. He showed us Azure and was kind enough to arrange a reservation for the Beach Fire BBQ experience that evening. His genuine kindness and hospitality were a big reason we decided to attend, and we're so glad we did. We also had two excellent housekeepers who consistently checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and kept our suite in perfect condition. Additionally, I met a lovely staff member who was on her way home after her shift, yet she still took the time to assist me with a request. That level of care and dedication truly stood out. Overall, the staff made our stay memorable with their exceptional service, friendliness, and attention to detail. We felt welcomed and valued throughout our visit and look forward to returning.

This is a well know resort to all on the island.... Rooms are VERY clean. Staff is very accommodating. The restaurants on site have decent food but no matter what they don't substitute making it difficult with grandkids who for example want the nachos they had for lunch yesterday for dinner tonight. Italian restaurant service is SLOOOOOW. Now the concierge department had some great suggestions for things to do and we're very helpful. Enjoy the great rooms and amenities. Make sure you go to the bbq on the beach

I stayed at the crane resort for my birthday this year for my birthday and I must say this was the best experience I’ve had in any Caribbean island I visited !!!! My stay was nothing short of amazing. From the food, to the property, to the customer service 10/10!!!! Special shout out to the crane workers … specially RASHAD M., Brandon (pool server) Jonathan and Ornest . These guys went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time . They made great recommendations from restaurants, to tours on the island , showing us around the property I mean I can’t stress this enough !!!! Justttt phenomenal energy and professionalism… these guys deserve a raise !!!!!
