We had a one bed suite which smelt strongly of damp - a manager came round and offered us some febrezze and suggested keeping doors open all day, which wasn’t safe and meant we got plagued with mosquitos. For the price it was pretty unacceptable and the smell didn’t go all week… We could hear thudding from our upstairs neighbours from 6am. The beach mentioned in other posts is 5m strip of sand next to a very noisy road - it’s nice to look at but you wouldn’t spend any actual time there. On the positives - staff at the little shop were lovely, kitchen facilities were good and rooms cleaned well daily. The pools are nice but again the road is very loud most days. I wouldn’t recommend staying here - we may have been unlucky on the room so at least avoid 104!

We stayed here for 5 days as part of a 3 island hopping holiday organised by Eshores. We arrived early before checkin, however the reception staff made us very welcome, gave us pool towels and we could use all the facilities until our room was ready. We ate at the restaurant that day. Our apartment #312 was excellent, could sleep 6 people. It was furnished very well, all cooking facilities & a welcome pack in the fridge too to allow us to make a cuppa. The view was fantastic overlooking the local beach & sea & the main pool. It also overlooked the busy coast road which could be noisy at times. We used the local buses (can get crowded! ) to shop at Massy supermarket in Holetown. We walked to the beach at Paynes Bay which was great for snorkelling & swimming using the complimentary beach chairs provided by the hotel. We had lunch one day at Zaccios, Holetown which is right by the beach there. Mostly self catered watching the amazing sunsets with a rum punch. Our final day was spent touring Barbados with Jamar of Stouteland tours which was great seeing parts of the island in the interior & east coast & also Bridgetown. He was very interesting & informed & took us to a local Bajan restaurant for lunch.

La vue n’est pas garantie … En rez de chaussée cet hôtel a 500$ la nuit est vraiment quelconque, à l’étage la vue sur la mer est belle. Mais l’hôtel porte mal son nom car la plage n’existe plus elle est remplacée par un enrochement qui protège la route de la houle. La chambre est spacieuse mais l’expérience est gâchée par le bruit de la route très proche et très passante. Dommage que l’on ai pas pu profiter de la seconde chambre de l’appartement plus au calme … 200$ de plus pour cela, lol 😂 Je ne reviendrai pas.

My stay at the Beach View Hotel in Barbados was nothing short of amazing. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed—truly a home away from home. Waking up to stunning sea views and watching the sunsets from the property felt like pure magic. The staff were exceptional from start to finish. Every single person I encountered was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Their friendliness and genuine care made the experience even more memorable. If you’re looking for the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the beauty of Barbados, this hotel is an absolute gem. I couldn’t recommend it more highly!

Amazing hotel, first hotel that had actually all you can think of. Room was huge and equipped with kitchen and amenities, clothes rack, balcony and furniture. Outside of the room there was a small laundry room, with washer and separate drier, iron board and iron. The hotel had beach chairs and umbrellas that you could borrow and take with you to the beach, no questions asked. Nice pools and the beach was across the road Would stay here again and highly recommend the hotel. We had a king room with sea view

Great place to stay and highly recommend. The first trip with our baby (4 months old) and staying here made the trip really easy. Excellent service from all the staff. The apartment was clean and well-appointed. Fully functioning kitchen, which we used to make a few meals. There are a number of swimming pools, which means that none of them get particularly busy. Loved the fact that we could open the back door and a few steps away was a nice pool.
