I don't recommend staying more than one day in this hotel in Yerevan, Armenia; you will find many better options. I'm wondering how they get 4 stars! Most reception and Restaurant staff are not nice, and not good. Their English language is poor. And we had a problem from day one; they didn't solve it at all. Hence, we stayed for about a week, and the service and dealing with us became worse, day after day. Also, the hygiene of the facilities is low.

Останавливалась тут трижды, один раз с парнем и два раза одна. Нравится сервис , вежливость персонала, очень вкусный и разнообразный завтрак. Номера уютные, но когда останавливалась одна , то попался так сказать "уставший" номер по душу и раковине это было видно. Но мне нравится тут и я планирую и в дальнейшем останавливаться, так как очень удобное расположение. И про номера, которые повыше правда есть там минус, так как слышна музыка от ресторана. Отдельно хочу отметить спа-услуги и великолепный массаж - они правда на высоте!

Leider entspricht dieses Hotel definitiv keinem 4-Sterne-Standard. Die Hygiene war nicht gut, das Zimmer wirkte ungepflegt. Einige Mitarbeiter waren arrogant und wenig hilfsbereit. Die Decke im Badezimmer hängt bereits herunter und wirkt stark beschädigt. Die Bilder sprechen für sich. In Yerevan gibt es viele deutlich bessere Hotels – keine Weiterempfehlung.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Opera Suite Hotel, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance and attention to detail set the tone for a fantastic stay. The rooms were immaculate, stylishly decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Every aspect of the hotel was designed with guest comfort in mind, from the spacious lounge areas to the convenient amenities. However, the highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the service at the bar. Edgar, bar manager, truly made the experience unforgettable. His expertise and genuine friendliness were remarkable. Whether it was crafting the perfect cocktail or offering thoughtful recommendations, Edgar’s skill and passion were evident. He went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt valued and well taken care of. His warm personality and professionalism turned each visit to the bar into a delightful occasion. I look forward to returning and enjoying another memorable visit. Thank you

The location and cleanliness of the room were very good, but I felt uncomfortable because there was no cooperation between the staff. I requested the preparation of the breakfast box from the time of reservation, and even though I checked it at check-in and the day before check-out, it was not prepared. I only received an explanation from the staff that there was no cooperation, and there was no refund for the breakfast fee (I couldn't do it even though I made a local payment) and I didn't even prepare meals that could be prepared immediately, such as fruit and bread. I booked this hotel because I heard that the breakfast box was ready, so I felt very uncomfortable to be made to pay for it in vain.

Would not stay here again. The hotel is in a great location with lots to do around it. It is an easy walk to everything. However, the hotel lobby is filled with smoke on entrance. So if you are not a smoker I would recommend staying somewhere else. All the elevators have the same problem. The rooms are large but not clean. We stayed there 4 nights and our sheets were not clean and were never given new clean towels. Even when asked to clean our room - there was nothing cleaned. Our sheets had a hole in them and that was how I knew they were not changed during our stay. We will return to Yerevan but we will not stay here again unfortunately because the location is quite good.
