Ho soggiornato con un gruppo di 26 persone in questo hotel, dal 28 Maggio al 4 Giugno 2026. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Camere funzionali, pulite ( ottimi i materassi!), colazione abbondante e varia, cene semplici ma buone, personale disponibile e gentile. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, in centro città. Se ritornerò a Yeveran, sceglierò di nuovo questo hotel. Grazie al direttore delle Marche per la sua gentilezza e cordialità. Franca e Vainer

Stayed at this hotel and overall had a positive experience. For the price, it’s definitely good value: clean rooms, comfortable stay, and the staff is generally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite good — a solid selection and decent quality. In the evening, the lobby bar serves pretty good pizza, and there’s a nice variety of drinks available, which is convenient if you don’t feel like going out. The spa is also worth mentioning: both the facilities and the massage services are quite good, especially considering the reasonable pricing. There were a few minor issues with Diamond benefits — I didn’t receive the welcome gift initially, but after raising it with the staff, it was promptly resolved. Overall, it’s a solid hotel. Despite a few minor inconveniences, I would definitely consider staying here again and can recommend it.

I had a very disappointing experience with Hilton Yerevan. During my visit to the spa, the massage therapist asked me to remove my gold necklace during the session. I took it off and carefully placed it on the side table next to me. Unfortunately, after the session, I forgot to take it back with me. As soon as I realized, I contacted the hotel and reported the incident with full details. I also followed up multiple times via email. While I initially received a response saying the matter was under investigation, the hotel completely stopped responding to my subsequent emails. This level of lack of responsibility and communication is unacceptable, especially from a brand like Hilton, where guests expect professionalism, safety, and accountability. Losing a valuable personal item is already stressful, but the complete absence of follow-up and customer care made the situation significantly worse. At the very least, I expected clear communication and closure—even if the item could not be found. I strongly advise future guests to be extremely cautious with their belongings, particularly in shared areas like the spa. Based on my experience, do not rely on the hotel to properly handle or follow up on such incidents. Very disappointing experience.

Spacious, bright, and perfectly designed whether you’re traveling with family or simply enjoy extra space. But what truly steals the show is the view: waking up with Mount Ararat right in front of you is an experience you won’t forget. Breakfast is another strong point. Rich and varied, with a focus on savory options but also a good selection of sweet items. Everything feels fresh, well-prepared, and thoughtfully presented.And then there’s the spa — a real bonus. Sauna, Turkish bath, heated loungers, and the option to enjoy relaxing massages: exactly what you need after a day exploring the city.The location is also ideal. In about a 15-minute walk, you can reach Republic Square, the vibrant heart of Yerevan. The area is მშვიდ, safe, and convenient — perfect for both first-time visitors and those looking for a more relaxed stay.Bottom line? This is a hotel that successfully combines international standards with genuine hospitality. One of those places you don’t just recommend — you actually want to come back to.

This was probably one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had!!! - Lovely staff - Nice view from my chamber - Excellent service - Fully high-tech Deserved 5 stars I'll have to leave 4 stars for the emplacement though because of traffic but it's okay!

Prima volta a Yerevan. L’Hotel è posizionato in modo strategico per ogni punto del centro città. Personale accogliente e ottima qualità del servizio. Letti comodissimi. Particolare cura delle necessità di supporto per escursioni anche per i monasteri più remoti. Ottima esperienza.
