Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with my stay at the Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Yerevan. Upon arrival, I was assigned Room 623 at the end of the hallway, which had an extremely strong and unpleasant odor—it smelled exactly like socks that had been worn for days and then left sitting unwashed for a week. I immediately complained at the front desk. I was assured that I would receive a different room the following morning. The next morning, I was initially told to wait until 2:00 PM. When I checked back then, I was informed that a room change from Room 623 was not possible after all, allegedly because no free rooms were available. I find it disappointing that a room change was promised at first, but that promise was not kept. In addition, the mattresses were old and worn out, making restful sleep almost impossible. The towels were also old and threadbare, which in my opinion definitely does not meet the standard one should expect from a hotel in this category. The staff struck me as unfriendly and unhelpful. I did not get the impression that any serious effort was made to resolve my issue. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its excellent location. Otherwise, both the condition of the rooms and the service fell far short of my expectations. Based on my experience, I will never return to this hotel and strongly advise other people against staying here.

Останавливались в отеле на 2 ночи, хорошее расположение, приветливый персонал на стойке, удобно, что стойка 24/7 у нас был ночной вылет. Номер был с видом, вечером вид просто шикарный. Заказывали номер стандарт, кровать короткая и узкая, ноги свисают, хотя рост средний, впервые столкнулись с таким. Рекомендую брать номер, где кровать будет больше. Заказывали перекус в лобби, девушка к сожалению была не очень приятная, принимала заказ нехотя. Но напитки были отличные, респект бару. Отель большой и высокий, долго ждать лифт и он постоянно останавливается, так как много людей. Вечером может быть шумно, так как нп площади шоу фонтанов и громкая музыка.

Although it’s a 4 stars hotel , Ramada hotel is considered a 5+ hotel , it has a great location , rooms are well decorated with classic architecture ( carpets needs to be cleaned) breakfast buffet is one of the best with international cuisine. Highly recommended . Enjoy. NK

Rooms: The bed was very uncomfortable, did not get any proper sleep in the 3 Days we stayed. It just seemed to sink very deep at odd places. Just kept waking up sore and tired. Service: Abdul working at Tartar Restaurant during our breakfast was very hospitable and helpful. He had wonderful energy and even recommended places to visit on our walks.

Posizione ottima, centralissimo. Strade molto trafficate quindi ci vuole un po'. A pochi minuti di distanza a piedi c'è di tutto: supermercatini, bar, ristoranti. Zona centrale, prezzi molto alti. Camere ben isolate, non si sentono i rumori. Personale disponibile, gentile Camera un po' piccola anche il bagno Frigobar in camera ma pieno di bibite e snack a pagamento Si vede che non è nuovissimo nell'arredamento

We had a fantastic and memorable stay at Ramada by Wyndham Yerevan. From the moment we arrived until our departure, the service was warm, professional, and genuinely accommodating. A special shout-out to Lilit, who assisted us during check-in and did her very best to make our stay comfortable. Thank you, Lilit, for giving us such a wonderful room on the 14th floor. The balcony offered a beautiful view of Republic Square, which made our stay even more special. The location of the hotel is excellent, with Republic Square just nearby, making it very convenient for exploring Yerevan. We also truly enjoyed the fantastic breakfast. There was a great selection, and everything we tried was delicious. A big thank you as well to Sonia, who assisted us during check-out and arranged our airport transportation. She made sure we had an excellent driver for our trip to the airport. Our driver was very polite, respectful, and accommodating. He even shared interesting stories and insights about the history of Armenia during our journey, which made the airport transfer more enjoyable and meaningful. Overall, we had an excellent experience at Ramada by Wyndham Yerevan. Wonderful staff, fantastic breakfast, great location, beautiful views, and exceptional hospitality. Thank you, Lilit and Sonia, for making our stay in Yerevan even more memorable. We will definitely come back on our next visit to Armenia!
