The Radisson Blu Aruba is a mixed experience and really comes down to what you value most in a vacation. The pros: The rooms are HUGE — true suites with plenty of space. The rooms and grounds were incredibly clean. The pools were lovely, especially the adults-only pool, which was peaceful and relaxing. The lobby and pool bathrooms were honestly the cleanest hotel bathrooms I have ever seen — and we typically stay at 5-star resorts. Appreciated the plentiful bottled water and ability to order food at the pool bar. Great location and easy access to Palm Beach. The cons: This hotel is simply not service-oriented. If service matters to you, manage expectations carefully. The only consistently excellent service we received came from the bell staff — David, Santos, and another gentleman whose name I unfortunately missed. They were warm, hospitable, attentive, and responsive throughout our stay. Beyond that, service was disappointing: Front desk staff were extremely slow and generally unfriendly. Even when the lobby was empty, there was little acknowledgment or hospitality. They were not accommodating, despite us booking one of the largest suites available. The beach shuttle was inconsistent and often not running as promised. At one point I had to call for pickup, and the employee who arrived was surprisingly rude in a passive aggressive way. The beach setup itself was underwhelming — murky water in a small port area. We ended up walking farther down Palm Beach and floats elsewhere for a much nicer experience. The one-towel-per-person policy was honestly obnoxious. Staff were militant about it, which felt odd at a water-focused resort where towels naturally get soaked. No drink or food service at pool or beach chairs. Overall: If you want a large, spotless room and a quieter pool environment in a great location, this hotel may work well for you. If you are looking for polished hospitality and attentive resort-style service, I would recommend staying elsewhere.

My experience at Radisson Blu Aruba was disappointing. I have been traveling to Aruba for over 10 years and have been staying at a nearby hotel where the staff was consistently and genuinely friendly. I decided to stay at the Radisson Blu Aruba this year for the size of the rooms. The rooms did not disappoint. They were very spacious and clean. But the front desk staff were not very welcoming and very unfriendly. Upon checking-in the staff member who assisted me was extremely rude and was passive aggressive. This really set a negative tone for the start of my vacation. This overall unfriendly demeanor by most of the staff was consistent throughout my 9-day stay. Front desk staff spent more time at front desk huddling around each other joking around or on their mobile phones instead of assisting guests. Great hospitality is something that should be second nature or expected in the hotel service industry. Being that I did this for several years. Unfortunately, I did not receive this overall at the Radisson Blu Aruba. This hotel is simply not service-oriented. The only consistently excellent service we received came from the bell staff and housekeeping staff. Peter, Dondre, Santos and Nelsa were awesome. Thank you for being friendly, warm, hospitable, attentive, and responsive during my stay. Beyond that, service was disappointing. If you are looking for superb guest experience, I would recommend staying elsewhere.

The rooms are tastefully decorated with a style that blends elegance and high functionality. Every little detail is thoughtfully considered, making the space not only beautiful but comfortable and easy to live in. The same care extends outdoors — the swimming pools and gardens are beautifully designed, perfectly maintained, and create an ambiance that’s both relaxing and visually stunning. Inside and out, the entire property feels impeccably curated for the best possible experience. Blue Radisson Aruba Resort is the kind of place where every moment feels privileged, natural, and flawlessly orchestrated. It’s rare to find a resort that gets everything so right — but this one truly does.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Radisson Blu! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and welcoming, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We were sad to leave and are already looking forward to coming back! Highly recommend this hotel. Specifically, Peter, Santos, Janelle, and Dondre were extremely helpful and accommodating.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tuvimos una excelente estadía de 10 días en Radisson Blu. El hotel tiene una muy buena relación calidad-precio y una ubicación excelente, ideal para disfrutar de Aruba y tener todo al alcance. Destacamos especialmente la atención y amabilidad de Santos, Peter, Alex y Joli, quienes hicieron que nuestra estadía fuera aún más agradable. ¡Muchas gracias por la excelente predisposición y por hacernos sentir tan bien recibidos! La limpieza fue muy buena, las piletas son lindas y están muy bien cuidadas, y en general disfrutamos muchísimo nuestra experiencia. An Unforgettable 45th Birthday Surprise – Thank You, Santos! We stayed at the Radisson Blu Aruba to surprise my husband for his 45th birthday, and it was such a special trip! The service, views, and cleanliness were all wonderful. A huge shoutout to Santos, who greeted us with such warmth from the moment we arrived and even sang Happy Birthday to my husband (he has an amazing voice!). Definitely try the Caesar salad at the restaurant by the infinity pool — so good. We did have one issue: a waitress at the breakfast buffet was pushy about payment while I was still eating, even after my husband explained he was heading down to catch our tour bus and I'd settle up. When I mentioned it to Santos, he apologized right away and said he'd address it with management, which we really appreciated. Despite that, we had an amazing vacation, and Santos made our trip unforgettable. We'll definitely be back — largely because of him. Radisson Blu, give Santos a raise, he's a true gem!
