Stayed here for our honeymoon in December 2025 and we loved every second of it! The location was great - right off a walking path that could take you to Eagle or Palm beach. The property was well taken care of and the staff here clearly love their job. A lot of people we met here were regulars to this property and knew the staff on a deeper level. The beds were a little on the hard side, but the rooms were gorgeous and the balcony was huge. The only part that was disappointing was that they didn't do anything special for our honeymoon, which I know other hotels do! Not that we needed it, but it would have been thoughtful for the hotel to acknowledge it since we did spend a couple thousand dollars to stay there choosing Embassy Suites over other places. The free breakfast is 1000% worth it (they also had a gluten free bread station - so thankful! And many gluten free options) and the breakfast hours are lengthy. They also do a happy hour with 2 drink tickets/person. It was fun to see everyone before they went out for their evening. All that being said, we'd 100% be back and we LOVED Aruba (first time to Caribbean islands).

We absolutely loved our stay at the Embassy Suites! It was our first time to Aruba and we were so glad we chose the Embassy Suites for our stay. We had the most beautiful breathtaking views of the ocean! The sunsets from the balcony were amazing! Our room was very clean and housekeeping came daily. We were impressed by how well kept the grounds were. All of the staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful. They really work hard to keep the resort clean and everything running smoothly. We found the location to be perfect. Pretty much right between Eagle Beach and Palm Beach. We were able to walk both directions in about 15 minutes. The meals we had on site were delicious. The burger was one of the best burgers I have ever had! The buffet breakfast blew us away by the amount of choices and it was an awesome way to start each day! We enjoyed the cocktail reception and snacks every evening. Our family loved Aruba and cannot wait to go back to Embassy Suites!

This was my first visit to Aruba. The location is great if you don't want to be with all the crowds, but close enough to walk to everything. The only thing I would like to see changed is the price of the items in the gift shop. For instance, a small 25 tablet container of Tums cost $14. They have their own access to the beach and it's not over crowded.

Big, clean hotel with good amenities. Very nice pool and sizable hot tub, with a tunnel for private beach access. Their beach is a bit small, and not as nice as Eagle Beach 1/2 mile down the way, or even Palm Beach 1/2 mile in the other direction. Free breakfast is quite good, with made-to-order omelettes, fresh fruit, and waffles. It is quite busy and there are a lot of kids. Free parking. The staff were really friendly and helpful—they smile a lot, so seem happy working there, which is nice!

No cubrió mis expectativas, esperaba mucho más de este hotel, tiene pros y contras. Las habitaciones son lindas pero pequeñas, en el servicio de la habitación se olvidaron de poner siempre las sábanas en una cama, lo que resulta incómodo. El desayuno es agridulce ya que hay cosas buenas como el poder hacerte tus propios wafles pero lo malo es que el espacio es muy chico para la cantidad de gente que hay, si queres comerte una sola banana tenes que venir super temprano porque las agotan y no tienen para reponer, lo mismo si queres un omelete o un huevo frito, hay una sola persona haciéndolos a un ritmo muy lento y con una fila larguísima. El hotel se siente muy aburrido le falta ambiente puede ser por la falta de animación, ya que hay pocas actividades y esas pocas son aburridas o con poca energía por parte de los coordinadores, no digo que el hotel tenga que ser una fiesta pero debería ser algo con más energía que te haga sentir en vacaciones. La playa nos gustó, es cómodo que sea una playa chica pero tranquila y con poca gente. En cuanto a la ubicación necesitas auto para movilizarte.

We stayed here for 8 nights. Overall it is a nice hotel. It’s about 15 minute walk from the high rise hotels and 15 minute walk to eagle beach. There is a bus stop right next door to take to various locations or taxis if you prefer. The pool is large, and there are plenty of chairs and cabanas. There is a tunnel you can walk in under the road to the beach across the way which is just ok. There are some issues people should be aware of, however. First, I tried to use Hilton gift cards and they would not work. The gift cards are supposed to be able to be used at worldwide locations. The staff’s version of trying to help as they put it was swiping the card multiple times and saying it wasn’t working, call the number on the card. They didn’t seem too interested in making it right. It also seemed like since I wasn’t pleased with the way they handled the gift card situation that they took their sweet time getting our room ready when we checked in. Second, The restaurant at the hotel is a joke. We tried to get seated at around 8pm on a weeknight, and the hostess said they could put us on the waitlist until 10pm since we didn’t have a reservation. This made no sense because there were maybe 2 people seated in the restaurant. I asked the front desk what was up with that and they managed to get us a table. The wait for the food was very long, and they didn’t have a number of items on the menu. There were other guests who were questioning this as well. The server was nice but wasn’t able to communicate very well and mumbled. There was no way we were going to eat there again. Maybe that’s what they want, idk. Third, the breakfast buffet was good but it is chaos. There’s no direction on where to enter lines and you have people entering from all directions cutting in front of you. They also ran out of food often and if you asked someone to refill something they may or may not listen to you. Last, the grab and go place ran out of Starbucks coffee for like 2 days and had to take the Starbucks sign down.
