Very nice hotel with excellent service at a great price. The entire stay was enjoyable, and the pool staff truly made the experience exceptional. A special thank you to Era, Roko Koko, Gaia, Dejvi, and Aldo for your outstanding hospitality, friendliness, and hard work. Keep up the fantastic work—you all have a bright future ahead. The sky is the limit!

We booked the Kraal Hotel for a three day stay but loved it so much we extended one day! The hotels on the beach just a little north of the main strip. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within a few minutes walk. The rooms were big, modern and clean! The hotel lobby, restaurant and pool were also clean and modern. Played good music too! The food at the hotel was very good as were the drinks. All very reasonably priced so there was no need to leave the hotel grounds. The beach area had plenty of sun beds as did the pool. Pool was huge and clean and they have a kiddie pool too. Our service by ALL staff was amazing. The one that stood out the most was Era. She’s AMAZING! Fast, friendly and attentive. I appreciated her very much! The pool bartender was good as were the two check in girls at the front desk. Eta made my day though - always willing to help and she took care of us quickly. I highly recommend the Kraal Hotel!

Wir hatten einen schönen, erholsamen Urlaub (Übernachtung mit Frühstück) und waren rundum zufrieden mit dem aufmerksamen Service von Dhurata und ihren Kollegen. Es war sauber, Reinigung der Zimmer vorbildlich und sehr freundlich. Insgesamt sehr kinderliebes Personal, die auf die Kinder eingehen. Die Pools könnten drei Grad wärmer sein für meinen Geschmack! Der Strand ist öffentlich und für Kinder eben reinzukommen. Es gibt viele Meerestiere zu beobachten. Am Strand könnte es sauberer sein, was jedoch nicht Aufgabe des Hotels ist. In der Nähe ist ein Hafen, was uns nicht gestört hat. Innenstadt zu Fuß erreichbar. Viele Shops und Restaurants in der Nähe. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge z.B. Zvernec. Würden wieder kommen ❤👋🙏 Dankeschön für Alles!

Wir waren im Oktober hier. Man merkt deutlich, dass die Hauptsaison vorbei ist. Im Hotel selbst ist schon viel abgebaut. Die Zimmer sind insgesamt sauber, aber das Bad ist reichlich abgewohnt. Das Frühstück ist ziemlicher Standard. Alles was man braucht, aber nichts besonderes. Das Rührei z.B. war jeden Morgen kalt. Das Personal ist freundlich. Teilweise ist die Verständigung etwas schwierig, weil nicht alle Englisch verstehen und/oder sprechen. Der größte Kritikpunkt ist aber, dass in unserer Zeit hier eine Renovierung durchgeführt wurde. Leider wurde das aber nicht an einem oder zwei Tagen zackig durchgezogen. Es wurde täglich mit Winkelschleifer und Bohrhammer direkt am Pool gearbeitet. Der dabei entstehende Lärm war überall deutlich zu hören und störte natürlich besonders am Pool. Staub und anfallender Bauschutt wurde einfach teilweise mitten im Weg liegen gelassen. Auf Nachfrage konnte man uns nicht mitteilen, wie lange es noch dauern würde. Das hat den Erholungsfaktor erheblich geschmälert.

Très bon accueil, personnel aimable et souriant. Chambre hyper confortable. Très belle piscine, malheureusement pas eu le temps d'y gouter mais le cadre est très chouette. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et diversifié. Le hall et la terrasse sont de beaux espaces pour y séjourner plusieurs jours.

The rooms are clean and tidy , the food is good but not very much options to choose from , the water in the pool seems not clean so didn’t enter , but the main problem is the air conditioning. They don’t want to turn on the air conditioning in the lobby claiming , the ‘ windows and doors are open . So can’t basically stay and enjoy an evening there . You are forced to go in another place or to go to room . Can’t enjoy this holiday . I wouldn’t have booked this hotel if I would have knew the manager / owner is so stingy not to turn air con in the lobby , in order to create a comfort for the customers . Even after addressing this issue to the reception and manager of reception , they still refuse to turn on the air conditioner . We feel it’s a loss of monies , will never come back , and it’s a shame that we have choose this hotel. Avoid at all cost . Ps the beach nearby it’s a disaster. Wouldn’t recommend.
