Pros: very good location, right at the main square; comfortable pillows and bed; great shower temperature and pressure. Cons: the AC doesn’t work well at all, leading to open windows all night to keep from sweating; their deposit policy is odd - either give them your passport or 50 euros cash. To be a 4 star hotel, one would think they could do a credit card deposit like every other hotel in the world. Would I stay here again? Probably not due to the lack of functioning AC alone.

I recently stayed at Tirana International Hotel & Conference Centre and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is definitely one of its strongest points—right in the heart of the city, making it very convenient to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a classic style. While some parts of the hotel feel a bit dated, everything was well-maintained and functional. The staff was polite and helpful, always ready to assist when needed. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, both local and international, which was a nice way to start the day. The conference and common areas are spacious and suitable for both business and leisure travelers. Absolutely fantastic experience! The restaurant offers a perfect combination of delicious food, excellent service, and a beautiful atmosphere. Every dish was prepared to perfection and beautifully presented. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Sonja! She is attentive to every detail and made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. Her professionalism and warm attitude really made the experience special! 10/10

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Internacional in Tirana. The atmosphere was pleasant, everything was clean, and the overall service was excellent. A special thank you to Luiz. I have rarely met a waiter who is so professional, serious, and dedicated to his work. He was polite, attentive, and handled everything with great care. His outstanding service truly made our experience even more enjoyable. Thank you for the warm hospitality. I will definitely be happy to return again!

We used the classic conference rooms for an event, and Albana, the Tirana International Hotel event coordinator, did a fabulous job coordinating and facilitating our needs for our conference to be a success. She and her staff went beyond their duty to make sure everything was seamless, the tech support was incredible and the event was a great success. We had an all day conference with lunch and coffee break included and the quality of food, service and communication with the staff was superb. We are very pleased with this experience. It went beyond our expectations.
