During our recent business trip, we experienced truly exceptional service that deserves special recognition. On the day of our departure to the airport, we asked the reception to arrange a taxi. Due to a public demonstration in the city, taxis were unable to reach the hotel. One of the hotel staff members, Gjergji Hoxhanj, went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect — he personally escorted us through a back route and walked with us in pouring rain for at least 15 minutes until we were able to get a taxi. His dedication, sense of responsibility, and genuine care were simply remarkable and deeply appreciated. Beyond this extraordinary moment, our entire stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was excellent, and the staff were consistently courteous and professional. My sincere compliments to the hotel’s management for building a service culture that attracts and supports such outstanding people. Experiences like this truly set your hotel apart. Highly recommended — and thank you again for your exceptional hospitality.

Great hotel for a stay at Tirana. Very friendly staff (with one notable exception at the pool bar), good food, comfortable rooms, very nice spa amenities. The pool is a major attraction for the summer months. Will definitely return!

We were warmly welcomed upon arrival. The parking was included in the room price, which was very convenient, and we really enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool. The reception staff was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The beds were very comfortable, and the hotel is located close to the city center. The breakfast was delicious, especially the croissants.

Wir verbrachten letztes Wochenende in diesem Hotel. Wir konnten bereits bei Ankunft um 11.30 Uhr einchecken! Die Zimmer sind komfortabel eingerichtet. Ein Highlight ist das Frühstücksbuffet - am liebsten möchte man sich quer durchprobieren. Von Spiegelei auf Toast über frisch gemachte Omeletten (nach Wunsch), über Fleisch- & Käseplatten bis hin zu einen Gemüse-, Früchte- & Müesli-Buffet. Bei der Getränke-Auswahl gibt es am Buffet heisses Wasser für Tee, Filterkaffee, frische Säfte und Sekt. Zusätzlich wird man am Tisch vom Kellner gefragt, ob man zusätzliche Kaffeewünsche hat. Die Cappuccinos & Americanos (Kaffee natur) wurden ohne Verzögerung gebracht. Auch sonst ist das Personal sehr aufmerksam. Abends in der Bar auf einen Absacker wurden wir sofort bedient. Das Personal an der Rezeption war ebenfalls sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem ein tolles Erlebnis. Sollte meine Reise wieder nach Tirana führen, werde ich wieder ins Rogner gehen.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel 5 stelle con aspettative alte, ma purtroppo sono rimasta delusa. La colazione è veramente ottima e lo staff attento e cordiale, la posizione strategica, ma alcuni servizi e le camere non sono state all’altezza della categoria. In camera il letto molto ampio e comodo peró non si poteva aprire la finestra e il bagno non era arieggiato. Sentivo che mancava l'aria. Ci sono state diverse negligenze di servizio, tra cui addirittura un giorno non ci é stata pulita neanche la camera. Onestamente è buono, però da un 5 stelle e per il rapporto qualità prezzo mi aspettavo decisamente di più.

Excellent Stay – Went Above and Beyond for Us We had a great stay at Rogner Hotel Tirana in a Garden Suite on the 4th floor. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious main bedroom featuring a huge double bed, plus two additional sofa beds – plenty of room for the whole family. Breakfast was a rich buffet, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty food – a great start to every day. The pool was lovely and quiet, a really nice spot to relax. What really stood out was the extra effort the staff made for us. Since our flight back home was late at night, they went above and beyond and managed to find us a double room until 18:00 for €80, so we could freshen up and relax comfortably before heading to the airport instead of checking out early with nowhere to go. That kind of flexibility and willingness to help made a real difference at the end of a long trip. Thank you so much for going the extra mile for us – it was a perfect way to end our stay in Albania. Highly recommend Rogner Hotel Tirana!
