The staff is so rude! What's wrong with you people? You can't communicate in an normal manner? The staff start asking inappropriate questions even before saying 'hello' or presenting themselves. Only the receptionist lady was nice. Everything is outdated also true. Not really on the fair price side. Therefore please be at least nice with your guest. Yes, is it a nice looking beach place, but with such staff I would rather not go there.

My mother and I stayed there over Christmas and we couldn’t have been more pleased with everything. From the ladies and gentleman at the front desk and the security everyone made us feel so welcomed and at home. I had asked ahead of time for them to put a fruit or welcome basket together for my mom and they made the most beautiful basket with fruit and wine and chocolate as well as a printed card with my message and our picture. Very nicely done! We had a junior suite ocean view and it was perfect! Extremely roomy and the view was breathtaking to wake up to every day! The closets were huge and there was a bath as well as a shower. Small fridge,coffee maker with kettle and toaster. They also have utensils and plates, cups , and glasses for your use. We loved how close we were to Mambo Beach and all the excitement it has to offer, but really appreciated coming back to our private quiet beach at the resort. We were only 15 mins to the heart of Punda and the swinging bridge and they have a free shuttle to take u there as well as to the grocery store. I snorkelled and filmed many beautiful fish right off the beach. One baby barracuda! We can’t wait to come back next year it was an absolute delight to stay at this resort and meet these beautiful people!

Pluses Very nice beach, great for swimming. In my opinion, the best thing about the place, hands down. Clean rooms, great beds. Good service by staff. Nice swimming pool area. Easy to get around, not too big. Nice TV Internet was OK. Didn’t see any rule book, probably has been eliminated. My room was very quiet. Shuttle to the city available, and golf cart transportation to the parking lot. Minuses Restaurant is a 6/10, prices are quite high for the quality it provides. I didn’t have breakfast included. People say it’s 10 minutes walking to Mambo beach but I think it would be more, and with the high temperatures, not very pleasant. So not a lot of options possible, especially if you don’t have a car. Poor amount of options in hotel bar by the pool. Kitchen in the smaller rooms is quite minimal, only a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. No sink. No daily maid service, I think they said it would be every four days, or once a week.

This place is like faulty towers! The staff are incredibly rude, huff n puff when you make any kind of request and make you feel like an imposter! My girlfriend arrived late after a delayed flight. She was greeted in a very unfriendly manner and they immediately demanded that she give her deposit to the receptionist ($150usd). I believe this delightful individual's name began with a 'K'. The rooms are hilarious, containing multiple greeting letters, detailing all of the fines in big letters you could be subject to at the discretion of the property staff. My personal favourite was the $75 fee if there was anything left uncleaned in the mini kitchen (basically a microwave with a non functioning kettle). There is a 'rule' book in each room, which is something very exciting for each guest to expect and behold. The site is a set of timeshares and not a proper hotel, despite it's quest to market itself as one. The WiFi must be running off of some rusty satellite in the artic circle as we couldn't stay connected for more than 30 seconds at a time. Save your money and book elsewhere!

Il Sea Aquarium Resort di Curaçao è una struttura molto piacevole, ben curata e confortevole, ideale per trascorrere una vacanza all'insegna del relax. Il resort dispone di diverse piscine ben mantenute e di un accesso diretto al mare attraverso una piccola spiaggia di sabbia riportata, molto comoda e facilmente fruibile. Il mare presenta splendide sfumature di colore e la costante ventilazione rende il clima particolarmente gradevole, consentendo di godere degli spazi esterni anche durante le ore più calde della giornata. Durante il soggiorno ci è stata assegnata una Junior Suite con affaccio sul mare e sulla piscina: una sistemazione ampia, elegante, ben arredata e molto confortevole, che ha contribuito in modo significativo alla qualità della vacanza. Un altro punto di forza della struttura è il personale, sempre cortese, disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti, con un atteggiamento professionale e orientato a offrire la migliore assistenza possibile. L'unico aspetto che merita una valutazione negativa riguarda il ristorante, la cui gestione è separata rispetto a quella del resort. Purtroppo il livello della ristorazione non è all'altezza della qualità della struttura. I piatti proposti risultano piuttosto modesti sia per qualità sia per quantità. In particolare, la colazione viene servita esclusivamente al tavolo con tempi di attesa eccessivamente lunghi; inoltre, nonostante il numero limitato di clienti presenti, il servizio è spesso caratterizzato da errori nelle ordinazioni. Anche le porzioni sono decisamente ridotte e poco adeguate alle esigenze di un adulto. Al netto di questa criticità, il giudizio complessivo sul Sea Aquarium Resort resta positivo. Si tratta di una struttura che consigliamo per la posizione, il comfort delle camere, la bellezza del mare e la professionalità del personale. È stata un'esperienza piacevole e conserveremo sicuramente un bel ricordo del nostro soggiorno.

Hotel lindo super bem localizado mas com serviço muito ruim. Pela primeira vez eu fui a um hotel 5 estrelas que não tem funcionário para carregar a do quarto para o carro no checkout. Também não a oferecem serviço de quarto aos domingos e nem tem restaurante. A alimentação do hotel está vinculada ao restaurante ao lado que presta um serviço de péssima qualidade. Infelizmente, não recomento a ninguém a estadia .
