This was an extraordinarily disappointing stay—by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The breakfast buffet was extremely limited and almost every dish was overly spicy, making it completely unsuitable for families with young children. The menus across the other hotel restaurants were equally disappointing. The kitchen staff showed a complete lack of hospitality; for the first time on a trip, my child had to rely on instant noodles and we were forced to dine outside the hotel for almost every meal. It was a truly awful experience. The lobby staff consistently ignored guests and did not bother to open car doors. Housekeeping service was equally abysmal. On the first day, they forgot to clean our room. After I reported this, the very next morning—while my child and I were sleeping, and without a "Do Not Disturb" sign removed—housekeeping knocked on the door insisting on cleaning, claiming it was “so the guest wouldn't complain again.” To make matters worse, I ordered dinner in advance, but the kitchen simply failed to prepare it. Past our mealtime, I had to walk down to the lobby myself to inquire. Only then did the front desk call the restaurant, who admitted they had forgotten the order. Later that evening at 8:00 PM, after my child had already gone to sleep and despite explicit requests to the front desk not to disturb us, a pool staff member used a personal number to call me. Shortly after, two staff members repeatedly knocked on our door just to deliver a bottle of water as an apology. Forced to get up and answer the door, I found this complete disregard for guest privacy extremely frustrating. Furthermore, when told that we couldn't eat the food provided, the restaurant staff arrogantly replied that they cater to international guests, so their food might not suit Vietnamese taste buds. What an absurd response! Having stayed exclusively at 5-star properties like InterContinental, Metropole, Six Senses, Marriott … for well over a decade, I am genuinely shocked by this level of service attitude. I will certainly never return The sole bright spot of our stay was Ms. Duong at the Kids' Club. Although the facilities were makeshift, she was incredibly warm and attentive. Since I had no cash, I tipped her 200,000 VND via card at the front desk before checking out. I am deeply grateful for her service, but unfortunately, her kindness alone could not save what was otherwise a disastrous experience for my family.

Beautiful hotel on the beach with good amenities. We received great customer service from reception staff, pool bar staff and restaurant staff. To name a few staff members, Khoi, Emi, Tram were great. A special mention and a big thank you to Chef Tai who made me vegetarian Vietnamese food for breakfast which was delicious. The common areas in the hotel was very clean. My only feedback was that our bathroom and room didn't appear as they were cleaned properly. I was impressed by the Indian restaurant in the hotel. The bar was good too, a bit pricey but made the most of the happy hour offer. Loved the bar entertainment. I appreciated all the little things the hotel offered, such as basket to use by the pool. The hotel is within walking distance to the local town which is great for shopping, eating and drinking. My only feedback is about the housekeeping. I would recommend this hotel and would be happy to visit again.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one week. We chose this property because it is a 5-star hotel with consistently excellent reviews, which gave us confidence that we would be able to enjoy a truly relaxing vacation. Overall, we were very impressed with the service. From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel welcome. We especially appreciated the welcome drinks, which included four different options along with detailed explanations of the flavors of each one. A staff member also personally escorted us to our room, which was a nice touch. The room itself was somewhat dated, but it was generally well maintained. One of the highlights of this hotel is its beautiful landscaping. The gardens are lush, filled with flowers and greenery, and are clearly very well cared for. The swimming pool is large and even more beautiful than it appears in the photos. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel even served champagne, and there was a wide variety of food to choose from, including many fresh fruits. The staff working in the restaurant, lobby, and pool area were all friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. Unfortunately, there were a few issues that affected our experience. The main concern was the housekeeping service on the first floor, where we stayed. After our fifth night, we requested a bed linen change by leaving the appropriate sign and a tip, but the sheets were not changed. We called the lobby and waited more than an hour before someone finally came to assist us. Eventually, the Assistant Manager personally apologized and kindly offered us complimentary fruit, which we declined as we had just finished a meal. We also noticed that the bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly. There was visible mold on the floor, and some of the tiles appeared quite dirty. In addition, early in the mornings, housekeeping staff cleaning neighboring rooms would drag furniture across the floor, creating a loud noise that often woke me up. I am sharing this review because I hope the hotel will address these issues and improve its housekeeping standards. Everything I have written is based on my genuine experience. Despite the concerns mentioned above, there were many positive aspects of our stay, particularly the service provided by most of the staff and the beauty.

L'hôtel est bien placé. Il y a plusieurs commerces autour. Nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel pendant 4 jours. Le séjour était super. L'équipe de l'hôtel était aux petits soins. Nous avons été accueillis avec 4 shots de cocktails non alcoolisés et une serviette rafraîchissante. Nous avons séjourné en chambre double vue mer. La chambre était spacieuse et la salle de bains aussi. À notre arrivée dans la chambre, il y a avait sur le bureau une jolie boîte contenant des pâtisseries mignardises. Mention spéciale pour le biscuit à la patate douce. Le wifi est bon. Le petit déjeuner est servi en buffet. On nous y a accueilli avec du vin pétillant à l'entrée. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et varié : crudités, viennoiseries, plats salés, gaufres, crêpes, banh mi, jus de fruits frais, fruits frais... il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Les choix proposés au buffet changent régulièrement. Le service est de 6h30 à 10h30, c'est appréciable d'avoir une plage horaire aussi large. La piscine est juste en face de la plage privée de l'hôtel, on voit la mer depuis son transat. La vue est magnifique. Il y a un bar à la piscine, vous pourrez y commander vos snacks et boissons. Il y a aussi un bain à remous à la piscine. Nous n'avons pas été dérangés par les insectes lors de notre séjour. L'hôtel est à 10-15mn de l'aéroport. Vous entendrez quelques avions passer mais le bruit n'est pas fort depuis la chambre. Je reviendrai lors de mon prochain séjour à Phu Quoc.

Отличный отель! Нам всё очень понравилось. Завтраки очень вкусные и разнообразные. Каждое утро можно попробовать традиционный вьетнамский суп, что было для нас приятным бонусом. 👍🏽 Персонал очень добрый, отзывчивый и всегда готов помочь. Отдельное спасибо менеджерам Ms. Tram и Ms. Tran за их заботу и внимание. 🙌🏽💜 Благодаря отелю наш отдых прошел замечательно. 💃🦥

This place was super nice super luxury. If you wanna go and enjoy your time there you will have every thing literally they have pool they have beach they have a spa. They have full equipped gym and they have different restaurants with different cuisines and the ambience there vibes views greenery everything was super fantastic, and the room was super luxurious with the bathtub and a very big balcony and whatever you need you can call them and they will do it for you. It was an amazing Stay they made our vacation perfect and I will totally come again.
