Stayed three nights here just now using IHG points. We were upgraded on arrival from garden view to ocean view room. Positives: •Staff were exceptional - particularly Duyen in Mercado, Nga in the main restaurant, and Kitty. They are the difference between five stars versus only four. •Rooms are modern and the bath is extra spacious. •Minimal hallway noise. We were at the far end of wing 3, so that may have helped. •Both early check-in and late check-out requests were approved, so that made for a better stay. •Ink 360 is a great venue for sunsets with a distinct style •The koi ponds Negatives: •Our room was directly above the splash pad pool, so there were children screaming non-stop from 7am-7pm. •Given that, I would try my best to avoid wing 3 (and wing 2) entirely if we do return. Other: •Beach was closed to swimming (i.e. red flags) for our entire stay, but that's somewhat expected this time of year and the hotel pools are high quality.

All of the staff were very kind, and they always greeted my kid with warm smiles, which made our stay a happy and memorable experience. When we visit Phu Quoc again, we will definitely stay at the InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort. We were extremely satisfied with both the facilities and the service. In particular, NGA Di Di HLong from the breakfast restaurant provided exceptionally friendly and attentive service. Thank you very much! 😊

We have stayed 5 nights at this hotel and it was super relaxing family trip. All staffs are so kind, specially thanks to Darcy, Windy, Dkay and Giao at Sora&Umi(hotel restaurant at lvl 2). We had a dinner at the restaurant and foods are super good and delicious. Thanks for all staffs at Intercontinental, we would love to come back again in near future.

i love pucca♥️ and intercontinental. so kind~~~~ Our stay at InterContinental Phu Quoc was absolutely amazing. The resort, views, and amenities were top-notch, but what truly made our trip unforgettable was the exceptional hospitality. A huge special thanks to Pucca! Pucca was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming throughout our entire stay, making sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back to InterContinental Phu Quoc on our next visit. Highly recommended! The housekeeping service was absolutely flawless. A special shoutout to Truong, who kept our room spotlessly clean, tidy, and refreshing throughout our entire stay. The attention to detail and thorough care made our time here so comfortable and relaxing. Thank you so much, Truong, for the fantastic service!

I stayed at the InterContinental Phu Quoc for a few days during a business trip. I really enjoyed the rooftop bar, which offers a great atmosphere and beautiful views. The hotel is luxurious, and the service throughout my stay was excellent. I would especially like to thank the front desk receptionist, Suong. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Thanks to her warm hospitality and thoughtful guidance, my stay was smooth, comfortable, and very enjoyable. I truly appreciate her outstanding service and look forward to staying here again.

I just spent a wonderful week here, staying at Club level. I can't say enough about the amazing staff here - especially the Club level, F&B and spa. The rooms are spacious and the ocean views are stunning. I highly recommend staying at the Club level for a more peaceful experience - between the wonderful staff, quiet adult only pool and afternoon tea/evening drinks, it is like having a private resort within a resort. Thanks to all the Club staff, and in particular Thanh, Ngoc and Tran. The private beach is quiet, clean and beautiful - spacious canopy beds and loungers are available. The spa is so beautiful, with gorgeous treatment houses, situated on a stunning lake. Big thanks to Liam and Thao at the spa. I did have a couple issues with my room - broken AC and shower drainage issue - but they were resolved quickly. I would definitely return here in the future!
