完全不推薦這間飯店，如果你不介意服務不到位還要收這個價錢，可以來當盤子。 我也只是為了來休假好好休息，好不容易下午可以睡個覺，已經睡著了還接到櫃台打電話來騷擾，去參加他們的展覽。如果怕沒有人參加，自己花錢找，都已經收到展覽的傳單了，會去就會去，不會去就不會去，我一點也不想被打擾。為什麼我來住這是一晚要價1萬5以上的高級飯店，還要去幫你們撐場面？！！！裡面的Oku餐廳也是服務不到位，讓人不是很愉快。 這間飯店真的非常喜歡推銷，早餐種類超級豐富，所以根本不需要另外點菜，但在rice market的服務生跟我講了三次要掃qrcode，點現場沒有的菜。還說，如果今天吃飽了，明天早餐再來掃碼點菜。憑甚麼？是有業績壓力嗎？後來澄清了說不用付費，但話講一次就夠了，要就要，不要就不要，是一間完全不讓人放鬆的飯店。

작년에 좋아서 재방문했는데..더더더 좋았습니다. 특히 우리 객실 담당 직원이 Mr. Loc의 친절과 배려는 너무너무너무 감동적이었습니다. 이런 서비스는 생전 처음 받아본것 같습니다. 머무는 기간내내 비가 왔지만, 그게 아쉬울게 없을 정도로 숙소 컨디션 및 모든게 최고였습니다. 매년 다시 방문하고 싶네요. 정말정말 최고의 숙소와 최고의 직원이 있는 리젠트 리조트 강추입니다!!!!

I had an excellent stay at the hotel and was truly impressed by the outstanding service throughout my visit. The staff were warm, professional, and incredibly attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Regent Phu Quoc is an extraordinary resort and easily one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Southeast Asia. My ocean view room was spectacular, with a large semi open outdoor living area and beautiful views. The design and attention to detail throughout the room were superb, with a beautiful bath and a very generous complimentary minibar. The Regent Club was a real highlight. The views from the lounge are fantastic, the food is very good and the cocktails are excellent. But it was the Club staff who really made the experience special. Ryan, Bang, Anh, Nhung and Rachel were wonderful and made me feel completely at home. The resort has five pools, including one exclusively for Regent Club guests. Despite the size of the resort, it has a wonderful sense of calm and space and never felt crowded. Then there is breakfast at Rice Market. Quite simply, one of the best hotel breakfast buffets I have ever experienced. I have stayed in many five star hotels throughout Asia and the variety and quality here really stood out. A truly memorable stay. I would return without hesitation.

Our stay at Regent Phu Quoc was outstanding from start to finish. We were genuinely impressed by the warm welcome from the moment our taxi arrived the Bellboy team greeted us with genuine smiles, assisted with our luggage, and made the check in experience seamless . Concierge team attentiveness and willingness to help throughout our stay truly elevated the experience as we have some post card need to send and they suggest us in approriate way. Thank you Mei and Hai to help me with it. We also want to compliment the Recreation team, who remained enthusiastic and engaging despite the unfavorable weather. Rice Market was another highlight, serving authentic Vietnamese dishes with excellent flavors, elegant presentation, and attentive service in a beautiful setting. The combination of exceptional hospitality, outstanding dining, and personalized service made our stay unforgettable. Look forward to returning soon!

We had a wonderful 5-day stay with Regent Club access. Even though it was the rainy season, the weather turned out to be perfect, and the resort offered stunning ocean views. We loved how peaceful and uncrowded the hotel environment and facilities were during this season. The food at the club was excellent, particularly the à la carte dinner specials that changed every night. The entire club team was warm, thoughtful, and friendly. We are so grateful to have spent our vacation here and highly recommend it.
