We really enjoyed our stay at NH! We booked as part of an Amex Hotel Collection redemption, and it was a great experience from start to finish. Our room was lovely. The heated bathroom floors were an awesome touch, and the decor felt both modern and homey. On our last night, we realized we hadn’t used our hotel credit, so we stopped by the bar, where Kassi and Aleks took such great care of us! They were both incredibly welcoming and made our last evening at the hotel especially enjoyable. A big thank you to Kassi and Aleks for making us feel so well taken care of! We would absolutely recommend this hotel, especially given its proximity to so many great spots around Copenhagen. It was our first trip to the area, and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. We’d happily come back!

I honestly cannot praise NH Collection Copenhagen enough. It was a fantastic hotel in every respect – beautiful, stylish, spotlessly clean, in a great location and with genuinely exceptional service throughout my stay. However, the person who really made my experience stand out was Ugo Satta from Guest Relations. Ugo went completely above and beyond for me. His warmth, attention to detail and genuine kindness made such a difference, and the thoughtful touches he arranged in my room were such a lovely surprise. Nothing felt forced or like “just part of the job” – he genuinely seemed to care that I had a wonderful stay, and that level of hospitality is quite rare. I really hope the management at NH Collection Copenhagen recognise what an asset Ugo is to the hotel. He is an outstanding example of what excellent guest service should look like and is one of those people you remember long after you have checked out. I also want to extend my thanks to the entire team. Every member of staff I encountered was friendly, welcoming and professional, and there was a lovely atmosphere throughout the hotel. The service complemented what is already an absolutely gorgeous property. I have stayed in many hotels, but it is the people who turn a great hotel into a memorable one, and that is exactly what happened here. NH Collection Copenhagen has set the bar extremely high. A huge thank you to Ugo and the whole team for such a wonderful and memorable stay. I would return without hesitation and recommend this hotel wholeheartedly.

Arguably the best hotel we have stayed in, and we are mature world travellers of work and holiday. We run the only Health retreat in Western Australia and Copenhagen was on our radar to explore. The bicycle culture is simply amazing- we have been to Amsterdam as well where riding is huge. We love coming to Europe from Australia...the culture, the healthy food, the history. I need to make an extra special mention of the Hotel assisting to find and return my phone back to the Hotel, that I left in an Uber taxi. It was a bit distressing at the time but the hotel was outstanding at keeping me informed until it was found and returned. They even left some chocolates in the room...it should be me giving 'them' the chocolates. Our stay is for 12 nights and 2 additional nights before a cruise. The hotel is superbly located. We have done many things....Happiness museum( bought two books there on happiness), Rosengerg castle, Tivoli gardens, National museum, Ripley's believe it or not, Guinness world records( I have 4 Guinness world records myself so had to go and look), Hans Christian Anderson, Ikono exhibition, went for a white Swan ride on water, Bakkan amusement Park ( the oldest in the world), Deer park, the zoo, took train to Malmo( Sweden) for the day. The canals are very clean with initiatives for people to help clean. Highly recommend to stay in beautiful Copenhagen and this hotel. If you can afford it, take a cruise as well from Copenhagen.

We had an excellent stay at NH Collection Copenhagen. The location is fantastic, close to the city’s main attractions while still offering a peaceful atmosphere by the waterfront. The hotel is modern, stylish, and exceptionally clean. The breakfast had a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Everything was well organized, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We also visited the rooftop once, it had a great view and friendly staff too. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Copenhagen and would happily stay here again.

Excellent stay here to kick off our trip to Scandinavia. We were able to check in early after a red eye flight to get ourselves showered and situated. The room was clean and comfortable. Excellent location, many shops and restaurants and only a five minute walk to the metro. Breakfast was also wonderful! Definitely staying here again if we are in Copenhagen again

We had a great stay in a superior room with city view. The room was very clean with all the necessary amenities you would expect in a 5 star hotel. We ate a lovely meal on the Rooftop where we had different snacks with lobster, caviar, oysters and great cocktails. The service was very good and polite. Amazing sunset views from the Rooftop. We had a great brunch next day with lots of health options and many varieties. I would definitely recommend a stay here!
