The hotel is nice, clean, seems on the new side. But the service here was outstanding. LIke an idiot, when I booked, i booked as one person instead of the FOUR we were going to be. And i stumbled in after driving 4.5 hrs. They couldn't have cared less about my error. They moved right into solution mode and had it handled in like 5 minutes, all set up perfectly. The breakfast is ELITE. It's not like a typical american courtyard breakfast. Omelet station, fruit, juice and great, friendly service. Don't waste your money staying at a nicer place before you fly out. This is the nicer place with the better price tag. Service outstanding.

Wir haben uns für diese Hotel als letzte Unterkunft in unsere Costa Rica-Rundreise entschieden. Hotel liegt in der Nähe von internationalen Flughafen. Und in der Nähe sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Geschenke. Super freundliche und kompetente Service. Frühstück lecker und reichlich. Zimmer war groß und sauber. Optimal. Shuttlebus ist inklusive, alle 30 min. Preisleistung ist ok.

A standard business hotel and a practical choice for the first or last night of a Costa Rica trip, especially if you mainly need a comfortable place to stay before moving on. Breakfast is good and offers a solid start to the day. The swimming pool is ok. Overall, perfectly fine for a short and convenient stay, but probably not somewhere we would choose as a destination in itself.

Very convenient to airport with a free shuttle running every 30 minutes. Great on-site breakfast and lunch, room service. Very clean and comfortable. Agree with other reviews, beds are a bit firm, but it didn't bother me a bit, especially after staying in an airBNB prior to my arrival with a very uncomfortable bed for a solid week. Lots of movie channels. Nice shower and amenities. The staff is lovely and super friendly! The hotel is very safe for a solo female traveler. Wal-Mart is next door, and a plaza with excellent restaurants is right next door as well. I will definitely be back. Also, a security guard at the front entrance made me feel very safe as well. They take care of their guests! Oh, the bartender was very friendly too and made me a great aperol spritzer!!! What more could a gal want?

Stayed a night here due to proximity to the airport to fly out next morning. I really like this hotel. Service was great. They provided free coffee/chocolate machine and snacks on our floor for Marriott members, have self parking across street and in the back with security gate, outdoor pool in the back, fitness center, some restaurants across the street, City Mall a few minutes drive away. We also ate at their restaurant and food and server was good. Reception was able to help me with some questions and directions on checkout. Would stay again.
