10/10 for me! The hotel is so comfortable and conveniently located near everything. The location is top-notch, and the service from the staff is exceptional. Everyone was cordial, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The rates are very affordable not too pricey but you still get a high-quality experience. That's exactly why we keep coming back. A special thanks to Jason, who assisted us with excellence during our stay and at check-out. His professionalism and hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable. This is a very family-friendly hotel. My kids always say they want to go straight to the pool as soon as we arrive and get to our room. They feel comfortable and happy here, and so do we. The hotel has a warm, home-like atmosphere, and the people are genuinely kind. It truly feels like a home away from home. We never get tired of staying here and will definitely keep coming back!

We had a great stay here with excellent service. It's a wonderful place for a family staycation. We stayed here to celebrate my father's special occasion with the family, and it was definitely time well spent. The price was affordable considering everything we received, and it even exceeded our expectations. The air conditioning was cold, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The swimming pool was great, and we made many wonderful memories there. The breakfast was good, and the staff were very nice and friendly. The rooms were also clean and comfortable. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Everybody was really nice and accommodating. We will definitely come back again. The room was also really nice and clean. Room service was very attentive, and the location of the hotel was very convenient. My family and I would surely come back and recommend this hotel to others. A 5-star rating from us! My son loved our stay and especially enjoyed the swimming pool. The best time to go to the pool is early in the morning. We also loved the orientation of the sun before it rises.

Excellent stay . Great staff that would greet you and smile at you. The room is fine for me , cold and bugget wise. Im planning to extend supposedly during my recent stay but unfurtunetly they are already fully booked. Thats why better to book in advance. Inhave my family who have future reservations here which i stronly suggested and recommend here. I will come back . Location is really nice and close to everything. Very good to stay here staff knows how to understand and the real meaning of hospitality

My stay was really nice. I truly appreciate the front desk staff for asking about my room preference during check-in. I prefer a lower-floor room because I get dizzy when using the elevator. The location is excellent and very convenient to central areas, especially for our event meetings. The room was comfortable, spacious, and perfect for my needs. The staff were amazing in the way they assisted their guests. This hotel offers great value for money, and I highly recommend it. In fact, some of my friends will be staying here next week because I already recommended this hotel to them. Transportation is very convenient, whether booking a Grab or using public transportation. There’s also no need to worry because malls are located nearby. Overall, the hospitality was excellent.

Dining Experience at Horizon Cafe, Hotel101 Horizon Cafe is conveniently located on the ground floor of Hotel101. One thing we noticed upon arrival was that the main entrance, which faces the road and features clear glass panels that allow passersby to see inside, was closed off and surrounded by chairs used as barricades. As a result, we had to enter through the side entrance via the hotel lobby. Interestingly, this setup gave us a chance to experience the hotel's lobby hospitality while making our way to the restaurant. We could see the hotel staff actively assisting guests, from the concierge to the other front desk personnel, creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel also has a waiting area where complimentary-looking iced tea and water are available. I found this to be a thoughtful refreshment, especially for families with children. The small paper cups make it convenient and kid-friendly, allowing children to serve themselves. However, we were not entirely sure whether these beverages were complimentary hotel amenities or part of the restaurant's service. While waiting for our food order at Horizon Cafe, the kids enjoyed strolling around the lobby and using the restroom facilities. It was a pleasant way to pass the time, especially for families dining with young children. Overall, the lobby experience added a nice touch to our visit. The visible hotel activity, accessible refreshments, and child-friendly environment helped make the wait more comfortable. It would be helpful, though, to have clearer signage indicating the proper entrance to Horizon Cafe and whether the waiting-area beverages are complimentary for hotel guests, restaurant diners, or both.
