Jeannie and Jane do a great job managing the City Garden. They are constantly looking for ways to improve the hotel experience of guests. The front desk staff (courteous) and security(alert) are very professional and helpful. They entire hotel staff make the guests feel at home. The rooftop pool and spacious naturally lit gym will keep you fit. The second floor restaurant has a delicious breakfast buffet and pleasant staff. Thanks to Omar, Danica, the management and many others for making my stay at the City Garden enjoyable.

Our experience at the hotel was very pleasant. The staff were friendly especially Kuya Omar, Francis and Benson, the accommodating, and professional, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The service was excellent, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. And also, we would like to express our gratitude to sir jerome and jane from the housekeeping department as well as sir jerwin from FO for being very accommodating with our queries and most importantly for upgrading our room. I had a staycation at City Garden Hotel and it was a nice, simple break from the usual routine. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly, which made a good first impression. The room was clean and comfortable, and I had everything I needed to just relax. The rooftop pool was probably my favorite part. It’s a good spot to unwind, especially in the evening with the city view. It made the stay feel a bit more special. The location is also really convenient since there are a lot of food places and stores nearby, so you don’t have to go far for anything. Overall, it was a good stay. Nothing too fancy, but comfortable and worth it if you just want to chill and take a break. Thank you City Garden Hotel!

Benvon, Jon, Michael, and Ariel made our stay truly memorable with their kindness, professionalism, and exceptional service. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout our visit. I must also commend the entire team at City Garden Makati for being consistently courteous, attentive, and accommodating. Every interaction was warm and welcoming, making us feel valued as guests. Great service! Super accommodating staff. From the reception, to restaurant staff and the valley parking and entrance staff Gary, Michael and Marcelo. The restaurant staff surprised me with a birthday cupcake. I appreciated it very much. Highly recommended hotel in Poblacion, Makati. We will come back to this place again. 😁

Had a lovely stay at the City Garden Hotel Makati. The rooms were spacious and clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The facilities inside the hotel were also sublime, the pool and spa were definitely a highlight for us. The staff were helpful and friendly, aiding us throughout our stay. We would like to thank the staff, including Benson, Gerard, Michael and Jon for their hard work and for helping my disabled mother get around. We would also especially like to thank Win for being incredibly patient with the child and always cheering him up. For the price, the facilities, service and quality at City Garden Hotel are unbeatable.
