This was by far the worst 5-star hotel I've ever stayed at. The service was practically nonexistent, and the staff showed little concern for guests. The hotel was extremely noisy, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. A true 5-star hotel should provide comfort, professionalism, and a peaceful atmosphere, but this place failed on all counts. It was a very disappointing experience and not worth the price. I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Hyatt Regency Manila at COD was such a convenient and comfortable stay. It has easy access to , and honestly, feels like a city within a city with everything you need nearby. There are also plenty of restaurants right in the lobby area (special mention to Mary Grace (5⭐), which made dining super easy without needing to leave the property. What really stood out was the service. Any in-room requests we had were attended to within 5 minutes — probably the fastest and most efficient service we’ve experienced from any 5-star hotel we’ve stayed at. The room itself was also very well laid out and much more spacious than expected for a standard room. Furthermore, we have stayed here multiple times and the service has remained consistent. Clean rooms, attentive staff and superb service overall. Special thanks as well to Tanya at the front desk for being incredibly helpful and making our stay even smoother and more enjoyable.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Too many restrictions. I felt like I was staying in an authoritarian state. It felt more like a prison than a hotel. Every time you move to another section of the hotel, you will need approval from the guards. Very impersonal. When we checked in, we requested for two beds, but we got one bed and they refused to change our room. Next, we were hungry and it was after midnight and the restaurants were closed, so we went out to get McDonald’s. They refused to let us bring it in because they do not allow outside food, which is unbelievable! We’ve traveled all over the world, and this is the first time I’ve come across this crazy rule. The guards told us that the front desk should have mentioned this when we checked in, but they failed to that. Avoid this hotel if you have dignity and you enjoy your freedom.

Ordentliches Hotel für Manila Stopover zwischen zwei Flügen. Ca 20 min von NAIA Flughafen entfernt. Schöner Pool, allerdings häufig im Schatten und laut durch Klimaanlagen / Motorenhalle im Hintergrund. Im Zwischengeschosse Casino, Shops und Restaurants. Zimmer hochwertig und sehr sauber. Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig.

It’s a casino hotel. Not bad, not great for a Hyatt. The club lounge is nice but does not offer a decent variety of lunch servings. A basic sandwich, whole fruit and a coke/coffee. The breakfast and dinner in the club lounge are good but not excellent compared to other Hyatt hotels around the world. The rules for breakfast lunch and dinner times are like clock work….there is a mall across the street within a 5 minute walk…lots of food offerings…this Hyatt needs to up their game to keep within Hyatt standards. This is indicative of a hotel that is either a casino hotel or a hotel in a literal food desert(hard to find other choices nearby) luckily there is a mall and multiple vendors there.

Stayed in a standard smoking room, it was very nice. Noel at the coffee shop in the lobby was great and makes a great americano. Stay was nice but checkout was slow as staff let people jump the line. Also not enough valet staff as I had to wait quite a while to drop off my car and to pick it up, I was told they only had 2 valet who were working hard.
