Hotel carino e pratico, in un’ottima posizione, vicino a diversi mezzi e comodo per raggiungere il centro. La camera era piuttosto semplice ma abbastanza pulita. Alcuni cuscini però erano scomodi e il bagno, essendo predisposto per persone con disabilità, aveva la doccia completamente aperta: ogni volta che veniva usata si bagnava praticamente tutto il pavimento. All’arrivo abbiamo inoltre dovuto attendere fino alle 15 per avere la stanza, nonostante avessimo avvisato che saremmo arrivati molto presto al mattino a causa del volo. Questo ci ha costretti a passare tutta la giornata fuori, in giro a piedi dalle 7:30. L’ambiente nel complesso era tranquillo, anche se occasionalmente si sentivano alcuni rumori dalla strada. Sufficiente per qualche notte, ma con diversi aspetti da migliorare.

I want to say the customer service we received made up for the breakfast that was not the best. If you are looking for a great Irish coffee stop in the bar and ask Elaina to make one. Not only did she make a great drink she was helpful and answered all our questions. The staff makes this place great!

This hotel is so lovely with beautiful rooms, friendly staff, with a convenient taxi stand right out front to the right! The coffee shop is nice and had some nice goodies. The coffee is outstanding, which is important to me!! We had the included breakfast buffet, and it was very nice with a good variety of food. The dining experience was exceptional on a busy July night with the FIFA Spain vs. France game , and they still seated us late in the evening. Enrique was our server and he was fantastic. He was warm and inviting, and paid very close attention to us. "Muy excellente!' Mushroom soup and chicken wings were top notch and husband's salmon was fantastic. Hotel is a quick walk or cab ride to the Temple Bar pub zone, but far enough to be a little less crowded and not noisy at our hotel. Definitely worth the value with included breakfast buffet! Dublin is a lovely city without being a big city feel. Definitely recommend!

TLDR Great location, close to Luas, shopping district, eateries, and convenience stores. Decent rooms with some minor concerns. Overall, good for a business trip. I stayed here three times in quick succession for work trips since it was within walking distance of my office. It felt very comfortable each time. The staff are very pleasant and, despite how busy they get, I always receive quality service. The rooms are suitable for work trips but would also be ideal for a holiday where you mostly go out and only need a place to sleep at the end of the day. The TVs were small and, depending on the room, you either had a shower or a bathtub. The shower pressure was fantastic; however, the towels were very small! They wouldn’t go around anyone bigger than a UK size 12, even with a stretch. The higher floors offered better soundproofing from city noise than the lower floors. You could also hear neighbours returning from their nights out, which can get a bit noisy, but I found this mainly on the lower floors. My stay included breakfast, which seems popular, but I don't eat breakfast, so I can't comment. I often come back to the hotel for lunch, and they serve lovely meals with decent portion sizes, and you can also get room service. The location is very central, with a Luas stop nearby, within walking distance of eateries, convenience stores, and a major shopping area.

Location is absolutely perfect, walkable to everything! Service outstanding, front desk and Uros at breakfast was so very friendly. Rooms quiet and clean! I'd absolutely stay again, actually we are in a few days on our last night in Ireland!

This is a fantastic hotel! The rooms are well equipped and spotless. Breakfast is provided at an extra cost but well worth the money. All the staff are immaculately dressed and very professional. Uros, was a friendly face every morning at breakfast, and nothing was too much trouble for him. The hotel is ideally located, close to all the main bars, and public transport yet quietly tucked away off the main high street. This will be our hotel of choice whenever we visit Dublin in the future. A gem of a find!
